This Denny's is terrible. The people are rude, and they aren't very clean. One waiter wiped his runny nose with his hand and then handed us the menus with the same hand. Everything was basically thrown at us and they were terrible at making sure we had full drinks. The table behind us has been dirty since before we got here. The waitress that served us said "I'm so over today. Work sucks and I'm sick of my job". I would never come to this Denny's again. If you want to go to a good Denny's restaurant, drive a couple miles down the road to the Denny's in Patterson. read more

The people here are rude. The place only has 6tables occupied and he could not sit us next to a window instead he sits my family in the corner. He came up with some "it quieter here" . Guess what it wasn't the two men setting next to us was playing music on there phone. Then it got better with the manager and that ass of a guy that sat us started messing around. Been here a couple of times. Every time I 've had to fight off the flies. Food and service was ok but the place was practically empty. The bathroom is so dark , was afraid to stay in there long, it was like that last time too. They really need some kind of machine to kill off the flies. read more

By far the Beat Denny's we have ever had. Very consistent great service and it's our go to place to eat last minute because our other choices are overpriced Carl's Jr. or disgusting McDonald's. You won't be disappointed. read more

You average Dennys. It's everything you would expect from Denny's except that it's attached to a gas station. Mainly a place just to pass through and fill up gas. Food was good, service was slow but excellent, and bathroom needed some cleaning. read more

Have sopped here twice and had good service. Had steak Cobb salad for dinner. Meat was a little over cooked . For Denny's though it was good. I just tried to have breakfast and that's a totally different subject here! The waitress is standing next to the front door smoking with a sign on the door that says lunch break! It is my first time to visit a Denny's. I thought it was a typical American fast food restaurant like subway, burger king, KFC, Wendy's... However it looks more like a restaurant for dinner! We had salad and omelet and both are amazing! I love them so much! read more

Service was nice, had a good waiter, but during the middle of my lunch it looked like the manager and an employee were fighting in the middle of the restaurant. They were arguing at the front desk which then escalated and was brought into the back of the restaurant but we could still hear them yelling and fighting with each other. Estrella is an amazing server!! We showed up to a packed dinning room and I thought that would mean horrible service since there were only 2 servers. Estrella managed to get us our drinks right away and keep checking on us and giving us updates about our order status. I'm so impressed with her multitasking. read more

On the road and wanted a good breakfast. Denny's showed up next to I5 and it seemed to be the best place to stop. Ordered an omelette with hash browns - turned out to be one of the BEST omelette I've ever had. NOT drenched in oil like so many other breakfast places. We were seated promptly. The waitress(Sandra)was polite and very quick to bring our drinks. She gave us a moment to over look the menu and returned to take our order in perfect timing. We placed our order at 11:00am exactly (one build your own grand slam:eggs over medium, double hashbrowns, and the breakfast sausage along with an order of grits, eggs over medium, and toast.). As we waited for our order to come out my grandma and myself pointed out how unprofessional the servers along with the host were standing behind the counter talking in plain sight of the customers. I believe the saying goes "if you can lean you can clean". One young woman had her long hair down in a ponytail. One would question if proper dress code were enforced on this shift. As i work in a restaurant myself our hair must be neatly put up in a bun and out of our faces. The food came out 12 minutes later. My food looked and smelled delicious as to where my grandmothers grits were watery and very sad looking. Ketchup needed to be refilled but all in all this Denny's received 4 stars because of Sandra, thank you for your great service hun. Maybe your co-workers will take note from you. read more

I didn't want to give them a star at all. I was with a group of about 20 people. The cashier informed us the power went out, but patrons were still inside eating in the dark!! The staff informed us the electricity would be back on in about 5 minutes. We waited approximately 30 minutes. We decided to leave and go directly across to Carl's Jr. We noticed more customers were going into the restaurant and not leaving, and the electricity was apparently back on. I called the restaurant and asked was the electricity back on, the young lady acted as if I wasn't speaking clearly, so I asked again. The young lady passed the phone to another employee, and I asked the same question! This employee said, "Yes, the electricity is back on." I then asked for the number to the corporate office. The employee put the phone down and did not return with the number. I could hear the cooks and other employees talking, and I was on hold for 15 minutes with no one returning to the phone. My fiancé walked over to the restaurant and spoke with one of the employees, who was on her cellphone trying to find the corporate number. I was really disappointed with their behavior as an establishment. I felt Denny's has come a long way since being sued for discrimination, but I was wrong. read more

Right when we walked in..the expressions on the employees faces..bad first impression right off. Stood waiting for 20 minutes to be seated while 2 servers chatted away in the corner...No service, no food!

I never had a worse experience in any restaurant! Ever. The waitress Alexandra didn't introduce herself or have a very friendly vibe. She walked up from behind us and just asked what kind of drinks are we having. I asked for a minute while my mother is in the restroom. When we ordered our drinks, my coke cola cup was dirty all the way the damn rim and you can spot a jelly mark. It was incredible that someone would actually serve that disgusting cup. I had her take it back for another, my mom told me not to worry about it. When my bacon avocado burger gets to me 2-3 bites into it. The burger starts falling apart, as I noticed the cheese was looking old. I immediately lost my appetite. I let her know I wasn't paying for it, when I was paying for the rest of the tab, the guy tried to give me a receipt w just my card info amount. We waited for an hour and a half so we finally paid for half of the drinks we actually got and left. Do not go here its service is terrible.

I stopped there for breakfast at 5:30am. The service was awful and they only had two other customers in there at that time. The waitress name was Jasmin and she sitted me and asked if I wanted coffee. I said yes with cream and she repeated my order. I waited for over 5 minutes and then she came to take my order. I asked her about my coffee and then she stated that she forgot and immediately got it for me. She gave me the coffee without the cream and left to do other things. I asked her for the cream and she went and assisted other customers. I sat there for another 6 or 7 minutes before she realized the spoon was in my coffee and waiting for the cream. She brought me the cream and apologized again. She took my order and I asked for soft scrambled. When she brought my food, she realized that my coffee needed refill so she went and got more coffee poured in my cup but forgot the cream again. I asked her for the cream and she said she is getting it and again forgot it. I finally got up and asked her for the cream and she said she forgot again. Not only that but she didn't bother to write down my order, and I was served the regular scramble and decided to just eat and not even both with anything at this point. My mood was ruined. While I was paying the bill, she knew I was upset and she said that she is sorry for neglecting me. All I stated was that service could have been way better. The food was good, however I would not go there again based on the service I received. If the place was busy, I would understand, however with only two other customers, there is no excuse. read more
