From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! But if I do - I know I will leave it in their care.

He was incredibly detailed in his responses and any questions I had, and that is something I will always appreciate. They took their time and made sure everything was right instead of rushing the job, and that really shows in the final result. Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was being done, what to expect, and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. That level of communication and professionalism is rare and it made the whole experience smooth and stress free. If you care about your vehicle and want it repaired the right way, this is the place to go. They treat your car like it matters and they treat you with respect. I would absolutely trust them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done right the first time.

    Above average work with very poor customer service…read more We brought our car back a few months after a repair. The dealer diagnosed a small crack in our taillight, that was letting in enough water to trigger a fault. The water was visible in the taillight, but took some time to accumulate enough to trigger the fault. They said the assembly should have been replaced during the previous repair. We went back to Caliber and our original estimator (Eric) said he would submit it to our insurance for an adjustment and would call us when they told him if it was approved. We waited two weeks and then called Eric. He told us Geico had not responded to his request and he would contact them, again, and get back to us "within a few days". After another week, we stopped at Caliber to speak to Eric and to give him our contact information provided by the Geico adjuster for our original claim. He said they were not responding to emails and phone calls. The name we had matched the contact information he had been using and he wrote down the additional phone number we had. We waited an additional four days and then called our Geico adjuster directly. She informed us she had approved the adjustment "more than a month ago, the day Eric first contacted" her. She also assured us she would follow up with Caliber to find out what the delay was and to ask Eric to order the part and to call us. We waited two more days and called Caliber. Eric was not available to talk but had the receptionist tell us "Geico finally approved the repair and he will call us when the part is in - 3 to 5 days to make an appointment. " Our Geico adjuster spoke with Eric and he told her the part had been ordered more than a month ago, but there was a supply problem and that he had told us several times he was still waiting for the part. After nine more days of waiting, we called Caliber again. Eric was at lunch, but the Receptionist located the part and made an appointment the same day to have it installed. Eric came out with the original part and implied the repair was not their responsibility, but they did it anyhow, just as a matter of good customer service. He showed me the original taillight and said he couldn't see any crack, only scratches, so the original part was fine, but he "went ahead and replaced it at no cost". He immediately excused himself because "someone is waiting on" him. The Receptionist is very, very good. I watched her during my multiple waiting room visits as she covered and coordinated around Eric. When he didn't respond to radio calls, she was careful to give him enough information so he could decide if he was "too busy" or if he would respond in-person. Our actual repair was great. The technicians are obviously good at their jobs, but they would probably have more work if the customer-facing Team was more professional.
