I actually added some things, I wanted the cab buffed out and when they called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up, I was just astonished. The fit and finish was just suburb. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor and for a 20 year old vehicle, that is no easy task. The final bill was right on with the initial estimate. I wasn't disappointed. Their website promotes hail damage repair and free estimates, but when I arrived, the woman at the front desk was rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering helpful service or acknowledging the mix-up caused by their own online system, she doubled down with attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She incorrectly claimed I booked as "self-pay" (I didn't -- that wasn't even an option and even if it was she said they don't deal with that either), then told me they don't work with Geico. Why was my appointment even booked then? I took off work early for this appointment, only to be brushed off and told to try another branch. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Will not be returning to any of their branches.

From the get-go, Pam, Bruce, and Tammy were amazing. They kept us updated on what was going on with our vehicles and keeping us in the loop. They treated us respectfully every time we were in the shop or having communications with them. We ended up taking one of our vehicles back shortly after they completed these repairs to have them work on something completely separate from the storm damage because we were so happy with their work. It was very inexpensive and when we picked our vehicles up each time, they were washed, cleaned and looked almost new. Would recommend to everyone! You guys were great to work with!

The car was drivable, but the hood, finder, lights and entire front was smashed and mangled. I took the car to Kelso for repair and they did an amazing job! Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer.
