Sean is brilliant, finished repairing the nasty creases in both front and rear doors in about an hour. The work was done perfectly and the nasty creases were complete gone. Sean also offered tips of how to maintain the touch-up paints and how to do minor touch-ups by ourselves. Also the mobile service is a +++, no need to drop off the car to the body shop and wait for about a week. The price was only less than 1/3 of what we quoted at a dealer-recommended body shop. This review is long overdue.I had my appointment scheduled for 1/10/19. I contacted Dent Pro Mobile for a quote to repair scratches on the trunk of my car. I sent pictures and had several questions. Sean replied promptly and his quote was reasonable. Sean did the work quickly, which included repairing some very deep scratches in the trunk and a small chip on the trunk handle. The work came out exactly as I expected. From as close as 1-2 feet away, you can't tell there's any scratches whatsoever. Sean did a great job! I requested a quote through the Yelp app with pictures and Sean promptly replied to the request in 10 minutes! And this was on New Years eve! The pictures I took didn't allow a reference to the size of the dents and where they were on the car. He suggested I take a picture further away of the entire panel. And I also took a few pics with a dime next to the dents I was looking to have improved/removed so he could know their approx size. The dents I had were on the hood of the car from what looks like someone backing their car into my vehicle. Sean was only one of two out of four other paintless dent repair places to say they would be willing to take on the damage my car had because of the difficult nature of the worst dent out of three I had on the hood. And due to the worst dent being sharp/deep he asked what results (in percentages) I was looking for the repair to get the deep dent to be improved back to. I also asked about touch up paint service in addition to the paintless dent repair, which Sean is the only person in the area I've found to also do. I was fine with the improvement to the deep dent he said he could repair it back to and also was fine with the cost of the touch up service for the scratches that went down to the metal. Sean was able to come the following Monday which is a lot faster than I thought he would be able to. One other place didn't even give me a quote and said they couldn't take on my job because they said they were booked to far out. Sean also is great at communicating and messaged me the day before to reconfirm the appt. for the repair which also helped me to remind me what day he was scheduled to do the repair. And on the day of the repair he also let me know when he was on his way. He came to my work and did the repair in under an hour and made two dents on the hood look as if they were never there! And the worst dent that was deep was greatly improved, and no longer very noticeable! Which was what I was looking for since I know how bad the dent was and didn't want to go through the time and expense of going to a body shop where they would likely just say they couldn't do anything except replace the hood and have it painted for hundreds if not more likely over a thousand dollars. And be at the body shop for several days to a week to complete the repair. Sean did a great job with the touch up so I won't have to worry about the bare metal scratches rusting anytime soon, and unless you're standing 5 feet and closer to the car you wouldn't notice the touch ups and the great improvement to the deep dent, which is exactly what I wanted for the repair. Sean saved me time and money from my only other option being a body shop. I definitely recommend Sean and suggest contacting him and sending him pictures of what you would like to be repaired, and he'll be honest with you if he can do a repair that will have a result that both you and him will be happy with. read more

My Tesla Model 3 and my wife's Audi Q5 were both victims of parking lot door dents, and Sean's service was every bit as good as the Yelp reviews say. He responded super quickly to a Yelp message late Friday afternoon, and both cars have been fixed -- dents, paint touchups, and all -- before noon on Monday, including detailed info on how to wash and care for the repaired paint afterwards to ensure durability. I contacted DPM after a competitor had already been out and not only was unable to remove the original dent on my GT350 Mustang, he added another crease (and denied it!) - he clearly did not know what he was doing. When Sean came out, he identified the other person had drilled a hole in the inner fender to get to the original dent, however the other person drilled in the wrong spot which is why he failed. Sean did everything he could get to get to the original dent, but ultimately asked if he could drill a second hole which I agreed to. He was able to do what the other incompetent person could not do.
