My station wagon had a really nasty dent on it. Sean was very clear about how much of the dent could be removed and exceeded expectations. I dented my front bumper on a concrete pillar in a parking garage (why do they make those parking spaces so narrow?!). I checked out other dent repair places and body shops, but many dent repair places won't even deal with plastic bumpers and body shops charge a ton of money ($800 and up) to fix bumpers. I didn't want to file an insurance claim, so I contacted Sean. He was very responsive and honest. It ended up costing about $350, much less than my insurance deductible, and I was able to get the repair done within just a few days of the incident. Having someone come to you is very convenient! (Note that you'll need to have electrical outlets nearby.) He also let me know that some of the scratches would still be visible, so I can still see remnants of them. But it's sooooo much better than it was before, and the dent itself is completely gone. It's too bad I couldn't use the AAA discount (that's only valid for repairs of $189 or less), but if this happens again (hope not!), I'll definitely call Dent Pro Mobile. read more

I drove into a car wash at a gas station and the brush bar got caught in my left front wheel well. Unfortunately those joints say enter at your own risk and they cover nothing. After getting my car detailed at Classic Car Wash on Lark they recommended I call Sean at Dent Pro Mobile. I had a door ding within the first few weeks of buying my car, and it just made me crazy every time I saw it as I got in the car. I got a referral to fix the ding from the dealer who turned out to be pretty lame (Carlos, you know who you are), so I did a search and found Dent Pro Mobile who seemed pretty professional with his AAA discount, so called and emailed. Sean came out on Memorial Day (possibly the only person working) and fixed the ding in about 15 minutes. If you didn't know it was there, it is virtually unnoticible now. Overall very pleased with the work. What I liked best was that he gave me a 2 hour window, and at 30 minutes past the 1st hour, he called with a time he was going to come, and then called again when he was minutes away. After having to deal with many "service" oriented contractors recently, you sort of wonder whether they will even show up - so I really appreciated the respect for my time. I emailed Sean to get an estimate pretty late at night. I was surprised to get a quick reply! It shows that he really puts in a lot of effort. He arrived the day of our appointment on time, and got right to work. I had tried to do some "repairs" on my own, and it didn't work out so well. However, he still did his best to repair my repairs. He certainly didn't have to! The panel isn't completely fixed; I want others to know that depending on where the damage is, sometimes it can't be repaired completely. Sean let me know this, and was upfront about it in his emails. I was expecting this, but am still very happy with the outcome. Sean is a metal shaping artist. He's professional too. Shows up on time and honors quotes with no upsell. I was amazed at how he made a complicated crease from the angled edge of an aluminum fender lip disappear. Aluminum is tougher to work with than steel as it has no "memory". Aluminum doesn't pop back into original shape the way steel does. You can see a very tiny reflection ripple if you look really really close but to any normal observer it looks completely undamaged. My wife couldn't tell where the damage had been. Soooo much better than Bondo and repaint. Cost was $225. Worth it. He made it so convenient. Came to my workplace. Nice guy. Superb craftsman. His work is great also: I had a very small dent (courtesy of selfish door ding) on my MB GLK that I guess I could have left but it was one of those dents that, albeit small, stares at you no matter where you are standing or looking so it was annoying as hell (what dents aren't). Sean repaired two dents on my 2001 Audi S4, one on the driver's door and the other on the left fender. Watching him skillfully apply his various specialty tools was an eye opener. He says up front that the result may not be perfect, but it's about as perfect as can be! For certain kinds of small dents, I'm now convinced that Sean's paintless method is superior to a traditional body shop. I've had several little door dings and a couple of paint chips that have been bothering me for several years. I had heard from a friend that DentPro is the place to go, and my friend raved about the service. I can see why, I'll have to say, I'm not sure how he did it but the 6 or 7 small dings are comepletely gone without a trace of them being there, and Sean was even able to touch up some paint chips. I'm a little particular about my car, it stays garaged, clean, and well maintained, and have an eagle eye at noticing things. The work Sean did was excellent, and all those dings are completely gone, like they never happened. I did have something on my bumper where someone had bumped me while the car was parked in a parking lot that he was even able to make look passable. Sean gave me a referral to a shop his shop that could do the repair if I did want to get it done properly. Sean is a great guy and very professional. His puctuality at appointments is his greatest asset. I wish all my experiences were like this one with repairs.
