I have an old BMW Z3 that had a dent on the driver's rear quarter panel. After speaking with Todd and getting an estimate, I dropped it off and let him get to work. When I arrived to pick the car up, he explained that the dent was in a tough place and it wasn't repaired to his satisfaction. I told him that I understood, but he had definitely improved the condition of the fender. I was willing to pay him for his work on the car, but he refused because the work was not up to his standard. Again, I tried to pay him something, anything, and he steadfastly refused. Unfortunately, I don't dent cars often, but if I ever do, I will give Todd a call. Outstanding business ethic and service. Todd attempted the repair of a very difficult dent in the passenger door of my GMC Yukon. Following a couple of hours of work Todd determined that the technique would not result in a successful repair that was up to his standards due to excessive metal deformation. Even though the damaged area looked much better following Todd's efforts, he would not accept any compensation for his time and work. My own is a 1967 RS Camaro for over 40 years. I'm sad I cause two large dents on top of my trunk, trying to make 8 holes required to install my car new rear spoiler. Staff and owner were very professional. This job was much harder due to metal on older cars are lot thicker metal than newer cars and is much harder to straighten out.
