Everyone is super accommodating and kind, they totally know what they're doing and are there for anyone and any questions you might have. Lilly and Nancy are amazing as well as everyone else! I could not recommend Dr Stringer and his team enough . I am 2 years post op and don't regret a single thing they're the best.

The office was lively with patients, staff, and good energy. I got to meet Alisa in person and she was just as warm as she was over the phone. The office had a "how it works" style video of what appeared to be a recycling plant on the waiting room TV, perfect content to zone-out to after the long and stressful drive to his office (i live far). I knew I was in the right place already. The wait was short and I immediately received a modern diagnostic scan of my airway from one of the Drs. med-staff members, something I have never been given before. Every single staff member was pleasant and you can feel that there is minimal tension and stress in the room, yet they are still highly productive and timely without making anything feel rushed. Anytime I can sense massive stress in a medical practice it is an immediate red flag for me. This office was a total green flag in this area. Nancy was also an amazing compliment to Dr. Stringer during the consult with her knowledge and empathy. I wish I can remember the names of everyone I dealt with in that office because they all deserve praise. 5/5 for the office. They were even sweet and welcoming to my tag-a-long girlfriend and valued her input regarding my sleep apnea. She loved being able to see my airway scan, so cool. This excellence is all no-doubt the result of Dr. Stringers passion for his craft that trickles down to the staff, his sufficiently staffed office (rare these days), and the experience of the practice overall. This kind of passion cannot be faked. Dr. stringer was sharp, empathetic, patient in fielding my questions, and matter of fact. 5/5 for Dr. Stringer. As a future clinician it is my hope to one day run a practice as warm and efficient as this one. I walked out with confidence in the team, a visual of my airway and a clear treatment plan w/ post-apt instructions.

My appointment was this morning at 10:00 am. I was extremely nervous as I always am with the dentist. I have been going to my dentist for 25 plus years and felt very comfortable with him and his staff. Since I was about 5 I've had dental work done. I had a horrible fear of the dentist so I wasn't ready to have this extraction done by a total stranger lol. Well I'm here to brag on this Dr. he was all the things I was told and more. His staff was amazing the office was so clean and the view from where I was sitting in the procedure room , was so beautiful and tranquil!! I didnt feel a thing and he was finished in no time! He explained each procedure every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend him! I will be returning for inplants soon. They even put a blanket over me so sweet. MAY GOD BLESS YOU Dr. Phuong G. Huynh and your staff for many years doing this and helping so many and making it affordabl! ‍His name is pronounced Dr. Win. if your wondering.

I would happily go through child birth three times over before going through that again..... After my third trip to urgent care, multiple misdiagnosis and two rounds of antibiotic's, they finally told me to contact my doctor or dentist. I was COMPLETELY clueless as to who I needed to call. At that point, I'd missed a week of work (fortunately, I had plenty of PTO to spare) and I was basically hysterical. I contacted my dentist first thing Monday morning and they referred me to an oral surgeon. Naturally, the oral surgeon accepted my dental insurance but not my medical insurance (they weren't sure if it would cross over to medical). I still made the apt for the next day but started looking for someone who accepted both insurances. I am SO grateful I found this office. Everyone there was incredibly kind and they fit me in that morning. The doctor and was amazing. The woman at the front desk was a saint for getting me in so quickly (kicking myself that I don't remember her name.) I have nothing but praise to sing for this office! I am incredibly grateful for them.

The office is very clean and pleasant, Hannah, his assistant, was so accommodating that she even asked me for my music preference to play during the procedure. This was my second extraction by Dr. Kim. The first being three years ago. An infected lower molar was extracted quickly and the infected area was treated with no pain experienced, only a very little pressure was felt. The second extraction was two days ago. This time an upper molar broke off making the extraction more challenging. My sinus area was also involved and inflamed. Once again no pain was felt and both procedures were performed using local anesthesia. I was given the option of general anesthesia but declined it both times with no regrets. Recovery has been quick for both extractions with minimal bleeding the first half hour when changing the gauze. No pain medications have been needed for both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to all my friends and family. I was referred here both times by my regular dentist, Dr. Lawrence Wong, who only has the highest regard for Dr. Kim and his staff.

In addition to the standard costs associated with treatment, I was informed of a $7,500 "surgical planning fee," along with other charges that are not covered by insurance. As a result, my out-of-pocket costs for an otherwise covered jaw surgery would exceed $10,000. None of the other surgeons I consulted with assessed similar fees. I am also disappointed by the delays surrounding my imaging refund. In March, I was advised that the imaging costs would be refunded once the insurance claim was processed. I received confirmation is was processed in April. It is now nearly July, and I have been told that it may take an additional 30 to 45 days to receive reimbursement.
