I definitely suffer from ...fear of people's fingers messing around in my mouth. Of course, I told Dr. Murray this, as well as the techs. EVERYONE listened to me! They are delightful, informative, kind, smart, innovative, and fast! I've had my teeth cleaned, and one filling so far, which means I've had novacaine, exrays, and didn't fill any pain!!!! I'm going to have a crown replaced, and do the whitening at home. I love this office!!!! read more

Thank you to Dr. Murray and all the wonderful people that work at Dental Innovations! You have solved my dire dental issues and have me on a plan for long term dental health. As a child I went to an alternative dentist that didn't give me the best care (no fluoride treatments, low quality fillings, low tech cleanings/exams, etc). After visiting a dentist in 2015 that told me I had 11 cavities and needed 1 root canal I went to Dr. Murray for a second opinion. He agreed that the one tooth where the prior dentist recommended a root canal had bad decay and referred me to 2 great periodontists. My initial cleaning and exam showed that while there are some pre-cavities on my teeth, they don't necessarily need to be filled. Dr. Murray recommended I fix the tooth with the bad decay, brush with prescription toothpaste and try to reverse/pause the lesser decay on other teeth. The periodontists evaluated my situation and offered logical dental/financial advice given I did not have dental insurance. I opted for an extraction, implant and crown vs taking the root canal/crown route. This proved to be the right decision as the tooth extracted was nearly fully destroyed. This was a result of the failed filling from my childhood dentist, and not enough regular dentist visits on my part. After about 12 months of the extraction/implant/crown process I got on regular track with Dr. Murray. I recently had a regular cleaning and exam and Dr. Murray discovered I have 1 cavity. Here we go again right?! I was nervous about the filling since the last time I had cavities filled (hippy childhood dentist) the Novocain shots were beyond painful and the filling process tedious at best. I arrived Tuesday for my cavity filling with the office staff friendly as can be. I'm luckily now on my fiance's dental insurance so they kindly rescheduled the appointment till when I had coverage. The pre-numbing and numbing process was nearly painless. Dr. Murray has a cool electric pump syringe for the anesthetic so it delivers the meds in small doses, not going so deep into the gum tissue where it burns. I really couldn't believe it! After that the filling was smooth sailing. Dr. Murray spent extra time ensuring the filling was smooth and did not effect my bite. I had minor tenderness, as explained, for 24 hours. I could have taken Advil but didn't, it wasn't that bad. ANYWAY, after this long winded review I can confidently recommend Dr. Murray for all of your dental needs. His office is modern, clean, convenient and the staff is most attentive, caring and competent. Thank you for everything! read more

I have been working with Dr. Murray for 7 years after having a dentist who missed a bunch of issues in my mouth resulting in two root canals. Dr. Murray helped identify all of my issues and also identify what did not need to be done. He also referred me to other providers for services that were not his specialty (e.g; root canal) and did a fantastic job with reconstruction I needed on my front teeth. From his fantastic work, I have only needed maintenance since my initial "clean up" was done. My entire family are clients of Dr. Murray's. I am impressed with his ongoing effort to stay current with new equipment, materials and procedures. This is what my old dentist missed and I did not even realize it until I had crumbling teeth. It makes a huge difference to have a tiny camera examine your teeth that can take blown up pictures and find tiny cracks that a human eye would miss! His staff is great and the location is perfect. read more

It is fun to laugh and enjoy myself while in their care and I am more confident and knowledgeable about my own dental health. I just could not recommend them more highly. Dr. Murray and his staff are top notch! I have been going there for almost 15 years. I even moved out of the area and now drive an hour because I wouldn't trust my problem teeth to anyone else. They are always on the cutting edge of technology, research and procedure. They also play great music and the office is nicely decorated so it takes some of the edge off going to the dentist. Dr. Murray is a great dentist. I just have one of those mouths that usually has something, these days it's fixing old fillings from my youth but it's always an easy experience. He makes sure you get plenty of Novocain so no pain. They have the latest in technology which is nice & very clean. And after over hearing him speak to others & personal experience myself he's one that emphasizes what's good in your mouth rather than what needs fixing so you won't leave feeling embarrassed about your teeth! read more

I've had a lot of Dental Work done with a few different Dentists and Oral surgeons. I really like this office and the staff and doctor are great. Very professional, clean, and they listen to you and explain everything before they do it. Dental work is expensive, get it done right. You may wait a little bit for your appointment, but it's worth it, rather than a rush job. read more

I love this place! I have only been going for about a year and a half after leaving a terrible dentist. Coming here is like Cheers - where everyone knows my name...literally. The moment I walk through the door they know exactly who I am without having to announce myself. Not only that, they remember my kid's name. I have never particularly cared for dentists (who does?) until now, it's like visiting friends and I no longer dread those appointments that I now voluntarily schedule months in advance! The waiting room is just like a living room including the fireplace that's going in the winter. I have only experienced waiting one time and I only waited about 5-10 minutes but what doctor is realistically on time every time? My previous dentist kept me waiting every time on average 20-30 minutes and then rushed through my appointment. Because of the great care and service I received, I opted to have an elective procedure and finally got my teeth whitened. This was a long appointment which I have avoided because I really didn't want to sit in a dental chair for 2 hours but they let me bring in a movie to watch and next thing I knew it was over. I know in the beginning I was probably a bit of a difficult patient due to having been scorned prior but regardless they catered to me and made me feel welcome. I had a problem with my insurance not wanting to pay for a procedure and although it took some time, the gal there fought for me and finally got it resolved. My previous dentist would make me pay everything in full and deal with the insurance on my own which is very aggravating and confusing with all that paperwork. I'm glad that I was able to find a place that cares about me as a person and not just my teeth and my money. read more

I got in the same day I called because they put me on the cancellation list (otherwise I still would have gotten an appointment within a week or two).
