Hello! I am a patient! I am 13 years old but I've been going here ever since I was able to go to the dentist! I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is the best dentist EVER! Everyone in there is so caring, helpful, kind, loving, and MUCH MUCH MORE! This place is the best and I will continue loving to come here! Dr. Maryam Sina she is THE BEST! She is so kind! And now the front desk people! SO KIND AND ALWAYS READY TO HELP! They love helping and so so so much more! And now the assistants! I love these 2 people but sadly I only know one of their names! Highly recommend this place!! We took our 2 year old and 4 year old here for their very first dentist appointment and we were a little nervous about the previous reviews, but they were amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and interacted great with the kids. They explained what each tool was and what they were going to do. Very thorough and helpful with small concerns. The first day they couldn't verify the insurance. Therefore we couldn't be seen after an hour of waiting. They asked us to come back the next day so we did and waited over 30 minutes. He has autism so waiting is hard sometimes. When we went in initially for a crown that fell off she said she couldn't put it back on because she didn't want to put him under anesthesia for only that. This time after not being able to x ray the tooth she suggested in office sedation, restraints and extraction even though he still uses the tooth. She should have suggested sedation and restraints back when it was an option to put the crown back on. The lady doing his x rays said we would begin after a pregnant woman left the room so I told her I might be pregnant but I don't know and she said it's okay. She didn't explain anything to him or really talk to him atall and was not able to get a successful X-ray although they did take one. When I called after they read through both visit notes noting the need for "monitoring and crown replacement" but also informed me insurance wouldn't be covering it which rubbed me the wrong way since this is not something I inquired on and is not of my main concerns as it is not a defining factor of his plan of care. Over all the office is slow and not fit for certain special needs kids. read more

You need to get better front staff. Your receptionist "D" needs to learn customer service. She called me 20 minutes before my appointment, when she had all day and all week to call me, but waited until the last minute. And when I brought this up, she told me that "she wasn't sorry" and that she didn't care that I left a one star review and "good for doing that". You just lost a customer. Which is a shame because the dentist here are really good but that front staff are terrible. When I wanted to speak to someone else, the receptionist "D", said that there was no one else to help me. So when someone else finally came to help me because I was so upset that D called me several times and still was telling me she couldn't find anything and that it was my fault for not having the insurance, I told the other receptionist that I was happy for her help because D wasn't doing anything, D then stood up and said that I better not be saying what she is and isn't doing. If that is the type of staff that you hire. That is horrible! This showed not only the lack of being prepared, as this office had weeks to reach out to me, but also showed how unprofessional their staff is. I didn't catch the receptionist with the attitudes name but I heard the coworkers call her "D". I would avoid this place as they not only aren't prepared and will call you 20 minutes before your appointment to tell you that they need something, but then their front staff are horrible and give you an attitude when you point out why this wasn't asked for earlier. If I could give this place less than one stars I would. If you really want an accurate review of how this dentist treats their patients, I would look at their Yelp page because what those Customers described there is exactly what I experienced. read more

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Sina and her staff are gentle, patient, professional, and great with kids! The office is clean and cheerful. You are greeted with a cheerful "Hello!" when you walk in the door. We never have to wait more than a couple minutes for our appointment. Dr. Sina and her support staff take time to explain everything and answer any questions you have. What I like the most is that Dr. Sina and staff talk directly to the kids... its makes my daughter feel important. I only wish Dr. Sina would see adults too... because I would love have her as my dentist too! read more

The staff here is so kind. They really make you feel like a human being. They are all very easy to talk to and very intelligent. It amazes me how much they really care about their patients. My daughter was very comfortable throughout her procedure and that's because they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Before the procedure the anesthesiologist asked my daughter for her favorite song and as we were walking towards the procedure room they were playing my daughter's favorite song from Frozen. I almost wanted to cry it was really beautiful as my daughter was very nervous and scared. They didn't have to do that but that just shows you how much they put the patient first I will continue to come here. They are the only ones I trust to take care of my daughters dental needs. New parent & missed my child's first appointment to get his teeth checked out. Was a no call no show & I get you shouldn't do that but they refuse to see my kid now after a 1st time. Like I know it's my fault but how you gonna basically punish my kid? Won't even come back if they offer cause if they're this harsh for something pretty simple imagine if my kid spilled juice in the lobby... lady answering the phone seemed pretty flustered too. I went there for years and they recommend lots of work continually for my child. I trusted them. On one visit they quotes us a couple thousand dollars of work on one child (several crowns, cavities) and several hundred dollars on my other child. It didn't seem right. I went for a second opinion and was told my one child only had two cavities and it cost under $100. The new denist said my other child had 2 tiny cavities starting and he would keep an eye on them so she didn't need any work at that time. I did liked the way the staff and denist worked with my children, but I was disappointed by how they put my child through so much to fix things that were not a problem. I wasn't ever going to write a review because the whole point of my visit here was to bring my child in for a SECOND OPINION!! I never had any intentions of keeping this facility for my son. We also needed a referral from his regular dentist when no one ever specified that on the phone but they got the referral themselves. Just an FYI. They confirmed what we already knew but wanted me to schedule oral surgery with them. I said not at this time. Ever since that appointment I receive calls weekly and letters in the mail about neglect and parental uncooperation. They expect you to give them the courtesy of letting them know you chose a different dentist, but NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO DO THAT. I missed the first couple calls due to work and never had a chance to call back.. but at this point it's just becoming harassment. They even called my sons fathers phone to try and get us to schedule my son when I am the primary. I will not give this place the time of day at this point now or 'courtesy'. Common sense would tell you to stop bothering someone after the first couple times they don't answer. Also, I've never even met this dr. Sina either and we were sent to the green valley location because that's the office that takes Medicaid apparently. I live walking distance to the one on Silverado. All I know is be careful when you come here. The office is outdated and they obviously don't like being told no. Extremely slow and poor intake procedures. After making my daughters dentist appointment and filling out all the intake forms ahead of time online my 4 year old and I sit in the waiting room for over an hour. No one offered us any updates for when we'd be seen or offered an explanation as to the delay. Then after I am in the procedure room I mention that my daughter is adopted. Then they refuse to provide care without additional paperwork. They didn't know she was adopted because they didn't ask. No where in any of the questions was there anywhere for my to identify her as an adopted child. No where in their intake form was there a place requesting proof of any parent for custody of their child. If there had been a place to upload a copy of her birth certificate I would have. If there had been one simple question asking if the child was adopted or a foster child I would have marked yes. And as I don't habitually carry around court documents in my purse all they said was "we can't see her." read more

Excellent Customer Service. Greeted when I walked in. Doctor very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable at the same time. Doctor reviewed my daughters condition before coming into room and not just coming in their without any info on my daughters condition, that really went along way with me. If I could give zero stars I would. This place was absolutely terrible. The reception was rude, the dentist was even worse. She told me my daughter needed 2k worth of work. That is 2k AFTER my insurance covers their part. They were trying to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover any nitrous or Novocain. This I know is completely untrue. I was talked down to and made to feel like a horrible parent for not being able to come up with $400 by the following week. I have never in my life had a doctor make me cry. I will never in a million years go back to this place. I went and had a second opinion done. come to find out she needs less than half the work done that I was told she needed. This office is very unorganized. There is a constant turn around on staff and some of the assistants are very boring and rude. The assistants talk about their personal lives in the back while patients are in the chair. They seem to try and squeeze in as many patients as they can and the assistants are running around and not spending the quality time they should with who is in the chair. The office is not very child friendly and has outdated equipment. The staff seems to be very unhappy I would not bring children back. read more
