I called on a Wednesday about 15 minutes before they closed. As my son's spacer that connect on both back tooth's and holds his front teeth forward came off from one side. I told them it's literally hanging like I can't take the other side off. May I bring him in and the assistant said the doctor said no to take him to UMC HOSPITAL . I said but my copay is $500 . She can't wait 15 minutes extra just to get my son looked and we can fix this she said no. Where is the sympathy or empathy or the care or consideration. The parking lot where this office is located seems to have no open business, just a ghost town of a strip mall area. The plus side is there is always parking. The dental office gives out ice cream or candy, which seems to be antithetical to teeth protection but who knows. We never ate that. They have a little game room which my daughter loves, even though her legs are too short to drive the cars. And we never waited that long either, which is excellent. Now that my older child is four they seem to be doing a more extensive cleaning with her. With my toddler they said to just do my best with the brushing, which I have not been able to do well and now they both have one cavity each!! In between the teeth. I'm pretty upset about it but I've been doing better with brushing twice a day now and flossing at night. So hopefully these will be their last cavities. The staff have always been nice and I feel like they do a good job with the kids' teeth. Hopefully now that I'm consistent with their oral care we won't be having any more cavities.

I needed a new bottom retainer and my dentist told me it would be $150. I remembered I had gotten new retainers at Roseman so I called and made an appointment. Scheduling was easy and quick. I had my appointment yesterday where they did the scan and I found out they make the retainers there in the lab now and I'll have my new retainer next week! I only need the bottom retainer and it's $50! So I bought 2! There's a $50 office visit/scanning fee. So for $150 I had my visit plus 2 retainers! The office and exam area are clean and bright. Everyone is great! If you are thinking about straightening your chompers definitely consider Roseman! Save some money and have a great smile!

They weren't bad, but it just felt like they weren't connecting with my son. He hates having his teeth brushed and he can be a little wild. They had told me I should put this one medicine on his cavity in the front that can slow the bacteria progression, but the area will turn black. I decided to think about it since it was a front tooth. During that time my son gained dental insurance and I decided to use it as an opportunity to see if another spot was covered that was maybe more for him. I had seen reviews for glowing smiles where even kids on the spectrum that experience sensory overload enjoyed this place, and they were just really great at connecting with kids. I was hopeful. The actual waiting area is just some chairs and a TV, and no toys like the other spot. However my son was easily entertained by just getting on the chairs. The check in was quick and friendly. I had already done my intake paperwork through a text they sent prior. The dental assistant who came out was so sweet and friendly and got down on my sons level to connect with him and get him feeling comfortable and excited. She knew how to speak is language and make him feel excited and comfy. The Dr was also super friendly and warm so when they did the dental exam and put the Floride on he was not fighting and crying like he normally does. The dentist felt that since the tooth was easy to access and maintain the medicine was not needed, and we would just keep an eye on it. The previous office felt more clinical and geared towards older kids with their bedside manner, while this spot was clearly for little humans that need some extra steps to feel comfy. ***The only negative that maybe they can look into is their cleaning products. I am very scent sensitive and the smell was very strong when I entered. I know there are other cleaning options that don't have so much fragrance. My coat had to air out in the garage after the visit.

The team at Adaven -- especially Sabrina and Kathy -- were so welcoming, understanding, and willing to help at all times. We were scheduled on short notice and were treated with genuine care from start to finish. Dr. Travis went above and beyond to help us, even adjusting his own schedule to make sure we had the time needed for this mama to leave happy! He patiently walked me through all our options (even while it became a bit more chaotic with the kiddos), and his calming, friendly personality made us feel completely at ease.
