After all that, the crown came off in less than two years. When I came in hoping they would simply stand behind their work, I was shocked that instead of addressing the problem, they tried to charge me a fee just to reattach the crown. After spending thousands of dollars at this office, they refused to offer even the smallest courtesy to fix a crown that clearly should have lasted much longer. This isn't about the money--it's about professionalism and accountability. A reputable dental office should stand behind their work and care about patient relationships. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I now have a different dentist and am relieved to no longer be a patient at this office. Based on how this was handled, I will be pursuing the matter further, including through legal channels if necessary.
