I am extremely picky when it comes to working with a dentist, because some of them are just not honest/ethical. Many of them have to meet a curtain "quota" in order to get paid extra, and this happens more often in a franchised dentistry. So, as you can see, you have to really question them when they suddenly discover new cavities. Granted, I understand not all of them are unethical, but when they have a direct incentive to do unnecessary work, then my teeth are at risk! You don't have to go through that BS at Oasis Dentistry. This is a 100% owner operated small business. There is only 1 dentist here as far as I know. She won't take the risk to ruin her reputation by throw you with unnecessary dental work. I used to question her a lot, probably drove her nuts at one point, but she has proven herself that she knowledgeable, skillful, professional and ethical. I understand many people are looking for "friendly" doctors out there... but almost every dentist I know are friendly, so don't let that skew your judgement. I was absolutely dreading this process. "Dr. Nino" and his entire staff were nothing short of miraculous with her from start to finish.
