They worked with my insurance to get the right parts (that were only available a a higher price than the adjuster expected) and repaired my car's front end (after hitting it MYSELF with my other vehicle!!) to absolute PERFECTION. It is a unique color - dark pearlescent brown - and they matched it perfectly. They did excellent body and cosmetic work, from the apron of the front hood (I might not be calling it the right thing), to the front edge of the door where the quarter panel scuffed off the paint. That front corner of my car now looks even better than before, somehow! AND they finished it DAYS before they thought they might, after the work they had to do, to get the right parts, which were different than the claims adjuster called for. I had recently went to DentPro Colors on Monument Blvd in Concord and spoke with Anna the owner. I had brought my vehicle in to get a estimate to remove some dents from my vehicle as well as to have some paint work to remove some paint chips and road rash off my hood and bumper. Anna was kind enough to walk around and inspect my vehicle. Afterwards she stated that they do not remove minor dents in-house and instead referred me to DentPro Mobile. She stated they come out twice a week to remove dents in front of the business or I could arrange for them to come to my home. She gave me a price range for the dent removal however, the DentPro Mobile would have to quote a exact price. She stated after the dents were removed I would need to have my vehicle polished, then I could bring the vehicle back so she could give a estimate to perform the paint work. I ended up using her referral for DentPro Mobile and was unsatisfied with the work that Mike performed in removing the dents on my car. His initial quote was way more then what Anna said, only when he discounted the quote was the price within the range of what Anna stated. After only spending 40 minutes working on my vehicle Mike said he was done. I inspected the work and could right away see a dent on the passenger side door. (See my first review of DentPro Mobile for a more detailed review of my experience with Mike.) Note: also after polishing my car I can still faintly see the dent on the drivers door belt line and passenger door beltline. I mean, come on really?! I paid for dent removal not dent kind of sort of removed. I won't bother going back to DentPro Colors on Monument for a few reasons. First off in the name if the business it says DentPro but, you don't have the ability to remove small dents in-house? Then only after the dents are removed and vehicle polished can I get a estimate for paint work. I guess they only want insurance business and not walk in business. To me money is money. I was ready to spend thousands of dollars with them, my cash is good! I would suggest that they hire a full time in-house employee who can remove small dents correctly. It only makes sense if the name of the business has the word DentPro as in (Dent Professionals.) Also I would think twice on who they refer for the Mobile dent removal since if that person does not do the best work possible that it reflects on them since they use them to remove dents for their customers. Best to make sure your affiliate does not do unsatisfactory work. Note: 8/14/23 - Update regards to Matt & Anna response to my review. I first made a review of Mike from DentPro Mobile before I made a review your your business of DentPro Colors. DentPro Mobile got 2 stars for overpriced and poor workmanship. Your business DentPro Colors in Concord got 3 stars since you didn't offer small dent removal service in-house and would have to bring my car back after a 3rd party dent removal company removed dents and after I polish my car just to get a estimate for paint work. If you really wanted my business you would have offered a estimate to perform both the dent removal and paint work. So my 3 star review is directly related to my interaction with your business. Do you use DentPro Mobile for some repairs for your customers cars and then bill the insurance as a sublet? If so then you are directly responsible for their work in those situations which intern reflects directly on your business in those situations. One last thing, on Yelp you advertise you work on classic cars, during my visit I asked if you work on classic cars because, I saw a old car in the bay. My car was hit in my parking garage (hit and run). After waiting over a month for an inconclusive police report, I decided to just get my car repaired out of pocket. DentPro Colors was awesome to work with! Their system was down the day I came in for an estimate, but I was able to get a detailed estimate via email the following day. They fixed my car for a very reasonable price and were SO GREAT to work with (Shout out to Anna!!!!). They're very responsive and reliable. I was unable to pick up my car before closing/the weekend but Anna worked with me to make arrangements to get my car back in time for the weekend. Though I ended up not using DentPro Colors, I would say my experience with DPC was superb. They gave me the best quote among those that I requested from and were very prompt. They inspected the damage very carefully and offered to polish some of the scratches that they would not put on the preliminary estimate. Their communication was excellent and almost instant. Not like other places that kept asking me to call and never responded to any of my voicemails, Anna and Mat used email and yelp to communicate as I couldn't speak over the phone due to my work in a hospital. That I really appreciate! It was such a pleasure talking with them and I would highly recommend using them for any body work needs as they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recently experienced a rear bumper damage on my Ford Crown Vic, courtesy of someone not paying attention in a parking log. As I needed to find a body shop where I could take my car for repairs, I searched on Yelp for a location nearby. At the top of all listing was Dentpro Colors. After reading multiple of their reviews, and seeing their 83 5starts rating, I decided to look no further. I called up the shop, immediately got the car looked at and agreed on a date to have the car brought in for repair. On the respective day, I dropped my Crown Vic at the shop. A few days later, the car was ready, and it was looking so much better than it looked before the bumper was damaged - see attached photo before and after. Anna and Matt Stevens, the owners of DentPro Colors, made the entire process very easy. They dealt with the insurance company, with the insurance adjustor, the payments, etc.Throughout the entire process they kept me updated on the interaction with the insurance company, on the ordering parts process, and finally on the date for me to come back to pick up my car. The car was cleaned, washed, and ready to go. I wish I could have had the entire car repainted and refinished, as the rear bumper was really standing out. I had issues exiting a gated community when a gate would not open from about 2 feet away. I got too close and ended up scraping a front bumper when the gate finally did open. I brought the car into the shop on a weekday morning and was able to pick it up within 48 hours. The front bumper did not need to be replaced and looked like new after the repair! I bought my 2002 Xterra from the first owner who had acquired the dent around 2010 when he was camping on Mt Diablo. Inside the cab was just metal that wrapped around the wheel well. DentPro ended up taking the door apart to get rid of the dent followed by blending the faded twenty year old color into the surrounding body. Unfortunatley I feel I need to leave a bad review for this business. They do good work on paint and repairs but where they fall short is putting things back together so they work correctly. I had a dent fixed on my 4Runner a few years ago. The fix was great but when they put the hatch back together a part was loose and rattling on the inside. I took it back and they fixed the issue. No problem I refereed my girlfriend as she needed her bumper fixed and the side view mirror repainted. Again great work on paint but when they put the door back together the window no longer worked. She took it back and they could not fix the issue. She then took her car to her mechanic and they discovered the plug to power the window was plugged in backward. This careless mistake by Dent Pros Colors cost her $250 to have the mechanic do the job correctly I also referred my neighbor as he needed a scratch repaired and new paint job on the side panel of his car and Dent Pros Colors broke the small triangle back seat window on the drivers side of the car. They made it right but these careless mistakes sure cost their customers a lot of headache, time and money The owners are nice people but unfortunately their staff make too many mistakes. I just don't see being able to use them or refer them any business anymore. read more

I wanted to thank Matt & Anna for their true professionalism, communication, honesty and handling of my vehicle. Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run while parked on a surface street and there were no cameras to catch the license plate of the person who hit my rear bumper. Though the damage wasn't extensive, I was looking for a trusted shop that would do excellent work on repairing this to perfection being that my car is a brand new 2022 model and also a lease so I didn't want to have any issues when I would either sell or return the vehicle. Anna was great explaining to me the entire process, she got me in as soon as possible even with being booked out, she assured me not only the job or the paint would be back to factory standards with my car having a special factory paint code.
