Gary was awesome. During a visit to the car dealership, I spoke to the tech about a dent in my 1 year old car. He handed me a Dentpro business card and stated even the dealership uses them. I stopped by the Dentpro office and a nice lady helped me out. She called around to see if I could get a same day appointment. She got ahold of Gary who had a ton of appointments already for the day, but he graciously fit me in to his schedule. Gary was courteous and called before he showed up. He was extremely friendly and was a magician with the dent. The dent is completely gone like it was never there. It was even up against a body line of the car which he somehow managed to make look like new. Thanks again Gary! I've been dreading for months having to deal with this dent...expecting a body shop to charge me 1k or so to repair it and have to leave it overnight. OMG, unbelievable. While mowing the lawn my husband hit a rock with the edger which in turn hit the back door of our car leaving two large dents. We took the car to an collision repair shop who gave us a quote of approximately $1,200 and suggested we contact DentPro who he felt could probably fix it for a couple hundred dollars. My drivers side door got hit with a pretty nasty rock which resulted in two dents and actually ended up stretching the metal as well as chipping the paint in multiple points. I didn't think i could find someone that would make it look as good and thought i would have to repaint or just deal with it. I was pleasantly surprised after Cory had finished repairing it. Sure you can still see where the touch up paint is, which i expected, (Cory touched it up for free) but it is no where near as visible as it was before. DentPro repaired a three to four inch long dent from a pipe that had fallen onto the upper rear quarter panel on my Audi. I photographed the dent and texted it to DentPro. DentPro responded promptly and came back with a repair price of two hundred dollars. The other dent repair services that I called never called me back, so I hired DentPro. The service guy was able to come out the next day and showed up at the promised time. He did a great job tapping out the dent to the extent that you'd never know there was a repair there. The service guy said his trained eye could tell where the dent was, but I could not. The paint still looked perfect. The service guy was very personable and we chatted while he worked. I think he was done in about a half hour. One issue of concern is that the repair guy wondered why the estimate was $200 for this dent as (he said) other repair outfits would've done the repair for less than $100. He still charged me $200 for the repair. I guess I accepted his estimate when I initially hired DentPro. But, I didn't have any other estimates to compare to at the time. Makes me wonder about DentPro's business practices. DentPro did a great job. You can't tell there was a dent in that location on the car. Good as new. I was less than satisfied about the price, considering that repair guy told me that he and anyone else would've done it for half the price. With that, only three stars. read more

Called DentPro to repair 1 dent in two cars and they set me up with an appointment right away. Originally they told me the technician would be there between 8-10 but I asked if it was possible for the technician to get here at 8 so the work could be done before I had to go work. Cory came by on time and was very quick with his assessment on both dents and how he would try to go at removing the dent. I had an appointment this coming Friday woth DentPro's professional Cory to come out and fix the dent some retard put on my car a few weeks ago while shopping at the Arden Mall in Sacramento. This worked out perfectly; since I had some unscheduled meetings pop up at work and I was worried I would miss him on Friday. I've used DentPro four times, and the results are amazing. Cory is an artist. The worst dent(s) occurred after I parked in a downtown garage for a Kings game. I report the vandalism to my insurance company. Then I took my car to an auto body shop where my insurance adjuster said that at a minimum the door, mirror and side panel would need to come off to repair the dent. Repainting may need to be done if they couldn't get the scratches out on the door and around the door frame. Not wanting to have part of my car taken a part and repainted, I reached out to Cory again. He looked at the pictures and said he could fix it like new without having to take anything a part.
