I was not familiar at all with paintless dent repair (PDR) until I stumbled across a Youtube video of it. I had a minor dent and several door dings on my car that I hoped to get repaired through the PDR process. Within three months of buying my 2012 Acura TSX, someone backed their car into me and left a huge dent in my trunk (LOOK FOR BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES IN THE PICTURE SECTION FOR THIS BUSINESS). As you can imagine, I was pretty upset about it. The dent was on a body line on my trunk. So, I started looking around and came across Dents Out on Yelp. Rich came to my house and quoted me $200 for the work. I went to a few places and were quoted different prices. I found someone who said it would cost at least $400 and another person who told me he could do it for $120. I ended up going with Dents out because they had a ton of positive yelp reviews. After driving home from San Diego, I got this big windshield crack after hitting some rock on the 5 freeway. I hear you have to fix these things right away or else the crack gets bigger. So I went on trusty yelp, and found Dents Out Plus and found that you fellow yelpers are happy with his service. I am joining this club! I talked to Rich and he said that he could come out that very same day! Awesome! However, due to my iPhone not having signal (damn you AT&T), I was not able to meet with him that day. So we scheduled for the very next day. Rich came out to my workplace at 2pm and was done by 2:45! He was very professional and very friendly. He sealed the crack, leaving just a small little dot (all cracks leave a small mark after a repair). The dot was barely noticeable! The repair costed me $65. I will definitely be coming back to Dents Plus if I ever get another crack! A couple tips when you do get a crack: 1. Get scotch tape and tape the crack right away. This prevents any moisture from going in. 2. Park your car in a shaded area. The glass has to be cool for the repair to happen. I had a couple of dents on the left fender of my truck. It was inevitable that some moron was going to dent my car door by not being careful or just plain having no respect for other's property.
