I ordered breakfast for 7 people online via their website for pickup. The pickup window is on the side of the building where Fat Sully's Pizza to go window is located. The ordering website was easy to navigate and customize each order. Upon arrival at the stated pick up time, our order was not ready yet and the employee was still working on putting it together. Five of us ordered items that included their amazing house made sausage gravy. The biscuits are firm on the outside, but soft, flaky, and moist and buttery on the inside. For non meat eaters, I noticed they offer impossible patties as well as a mushroom gravy! Nice inside with a couple of open garage doors and nice covered outside seating. My Three Run Double was so good. Homemade tasty biscuit, homemade Strawberry Rhubarb jam that was similar to what I grew up eating. Perfectly cooked eggs and crisp bacon. Others had one of the Biscuit breakfast sandwich and no one finished. One person had the lights out burger and was left with a big smile. Our waiter was very good and friendly. Tried this restaurant since another YELPER recommended it, glad they did. We went to the one in Golden, there was street parking and it was a cute place, since after breakfast we walked around to the other shops. As you walk in you are welcomed and shown a seat. You get up and get your own coffee and they have a multiple coffee cups for you to drink out of. It was cute. It reminded me of an office break room or someone's house. We ordered our breakfast and I ordered a beer. Princess yum yum and it was delicious. The food and the vibes were great. We ordered the Franklin and the three run double. (I wanted to order the Lola and then changed my mind and i should have gone with Lola). My breakfast was great but just some FOMO. This place deserves more than 5 stars. From the ambiance, to the service to the food! Get here early it starts to get long. But the best thing is you can also reserve a spot online. Great idea!!! When they first opened you get the best service just being greeted! The coffee bar is the best! You'll spend quite a bit a time searching for a cup! Look at them all. Cute concept! Been to the Golden location twice now and both meals have been so good! I have even stated bringing family visiting out of town here. Love the vibe, the staff made you feel cozy and welcome, the interior design of the restaurant had that cool atomic cafe vibe as well. I order the Franklin with half sausage gravy and half vegetarian mushroom gravy and a side of hashbrowns. Man oh MAN! That sausage gravy was legit killer good but the mushroom gravy was insane good good! Biscuit was excellent and the chicken was perfect as well. We splurged and got the half biscuit cin roll and the strawberry shortcake, which was heaven! Serve your self and pick out your own fun cup coffee bar was awesome as well. The food was incredible. I got the Franklin + egg and the wife got the Lights out Burger. We had biscuits at prior visits and even though they are truly incredible we were both floored by how good the burger was (even after eating the Franklin....wife left me half of her burger). The food at this restaurant was amazing! The amount of food that you get for prices are insane. We found this place on yelp as we were visiting Denver and didn't know any local places. We loved the ambiance of this restaurant, the garage doors gave it a very cool vibe. The reason, I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the service. Everyone was nice enough. We reserved a table online. After receiving a text that said it would be 5 minutes, it was taking awhile for our table to be ready. I went in and the lady at the front, stated you have to check in , in person. I was confused because my table said it wasn't ready yet on the website, but she said she could seat us right away. Denver Biscuit Co. is easily one of my favorite breakfast spots *in the world*. What they did with my French toast biscuit was pure magic! I ordered the Lola, which is buttermilk fried chicken and tender bacon, but when I was given the option to sub the biscuit for French toast, it was an absolute no-brainer. The syrup on that French toast biscuit is next-level, but when you combine that with perfectly cooked fried chicken (and I *know* my fried chicken) plus crispy bacon, it made for the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life. Knowing we were going to CO for many months, this is one place we 100% knew we had to go. It did not disappoint whatsoever. Look, I gave this place 5 stars so here's the only couple cons. The waitress was incredibly nice but it took a solid 10 minutes to get anything other than menus. Also when we were sat the host stated "feel free to help yourself to our coffee bar" only later did we find out it was $4.25 and we both got another drink and didn't really get any coffee. I get he is probably trained to say that to get some extra money but seriously??? There is a bar inside and a number of high top tables and I believe some regular ones. Probably about a dozen outside tables where we sat that are all covered. Fries were pretty good. These biscuit sandwiches are incredible. My wife got the one with gravy and I got the one with LT and cheese. Most have fried chicken on. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Note, finding it can be a little confusing as it's actually a part of two other restaurants; the most prominent being Atomic Cowboy. But enter from Washington St then no problem. So the biscuits were great. I had the cordonblue sandwich and it came out hot and juicy. Waitress was very friendly and served our group of 7 people very efficiently. We came for breakfast. I really loved the Biscuit Shrimp and Grits! Truly an incredible dish. I was curious about what a "biscuit" cinnamon roll would be like. Its exterior is certainly tougher than a normal cinnamon roll but the interior is that comforting biscuit texture we all know and love. It made for a nice dessert to our breakfast. My wife had a biscuit sandwich with an impossible sausage which was also pretty yummy. Glad to see this new location in downtown Golden! It is still my go-to place for a good chicken and biscuit breakfast. I went with The Franklin this time, and opted to substitute the regular buttermilk fried chicken with the Nashville hot chicken ($1.50 more). I do wish there was more gravy on the chicken; otherwise, it was very flavorful. Of course, it is also very filling. There's not a formal parking lot, but seems to be plenty of street parking nearby. read more

Ambiance was interesting as this location is shared with a couple difference restaurants. There is a big ol' bar right next to all the tables as you're eating breakfast. :) But it was beautiful and...unique! Loved it! Bottomless coffee was a big win for me! Everything we ordered was hot , fresh, and tasty and our server ( Crystal) took care of us everyday with a smile on her face and excellent attitude. Busy place on a very cute street. Might be hard to find because the Denver biscuit sign is not prominent. Don't go if you're in a hurry or on a tight schedule. We used the waitlist on the website site but when we got there we still had a long wait...not sure the waitlist is helpful or accurate. It was very noisy but it was a Saturday morning before a local college football game. Super nice server. Food took a very long time to come out but the cocktails were promptly delivered. We started with a giant cinnamon roll which was very dry on the outsides so maybe request an inside piece (?). We also shared the potato nachos. Very good but you'll need to eat fast because they get soggy quickly. We all ordered a dish including a biscuit and the jury is still out...some thought they were too dry or dense and some were ok with them. Personally I liked mine with just honey butter but you need to eat it in layers otherwise it is pretty dry. The bacon and eggs were just basic...nothing special. I'm glad I finally tried this Denver based chain but I probably won't return. read more

Shocked to see all of the 3 star reviews. We made a reservation because if you're in Golden for brunch and you don't have a reservation, you will wait and wait and wait. We had a lovely server who recommended the most scrumptious of breakfasts and kept the hot water coming for our tea. We had a mix of both savory and sweet and were very pleased. The signage is the atomic cowboy brand so we did hear a few people complain about finding the location but it's right on main street and we are lucky to have them in downtown Golden. But seriously make a resy because this place is hopping. read more

We sampled the cinnamon roll and I am very sorry to say we were so hungry we didn't snap photos of the "Big Asss Slice of Pizza as it is called on the menu. The restaurant itself was cute, self serve coffee bar and games if you wanted to play. We came for the food. Cinnamon Roll was good, we shared it with 5 people so we could know what it tasted like. The slice of pepperoni pizza I wouldn't order it again Now the LoLa was amazing fried chicken, bacon, house made honey butter,covered in maple syrup. Hands down best thing the table ordered. The Franklin was good however I love LoLa! I know next time I am in Colorado, I will be back here to eat again. If you haven't been here, go check them.out!! Surprised at the low star reviews, I believe it is due to several restaurants being operated as 1 but active during different times of the day. We went to the Denver Biscuit Co and it was new and clean with a great feel! Friendliest service by far that I have received in golden and prices very reasonable for the portion sizes. This combo Denver Biscuit/Atomic Burger/Pizza operation finally opened after a very long construction project changing it from of all things, a mortuary. We've heard a lot of mixed reviews on the pizza, I think maybe they just haven't found their groove yet but all seem to agree the service is great. We just got a couple biscuit dishes at the takeout window, we'd preordered and paid so, very efficient. Parking can be tight around there as there's still a lot of construction due to the new Miner's Alley playhouse and the Foothills Art thing. About $14.00 gets you a loaded biscuit in many varieties, my wife got sausage, I went with fried chicken/bacon/sausage gravy and an egg on top. Absolutely delicious and weighed about 5 lbs! (well, it was heavy, two meals for sure). If it's later in the day roll around the corner down the alley to Miner's Saloon for a nice beverage to wash it down with, that's always fun. We have been going to the other locations for years, and this one IS the very offensive and rude, we had to walk out. I go with my service dog, who is marked and was voice identified, and they said they was seating me on the patio because of the 'dog' and then I needed to exit and walk around the outside and meet them.
