Love Stanley Market! Checked out this Asian restaurant and the ambience here is amazing. Love the dragon decor around the restaurant also before walk in they have an awesome noodle electronic art. Service was quick, and polite waiter. Dumplings were amazing.the drink was ehh okay, I thought I was drinking fruit punch at that point (lack of alcohol in drink)

This is my favorite place for lunch. The place is not too crowded. The service is always good. I ordered the Miso Tonkotsu Ramen and Chi Lin Fries. The fries were perfect, flavor and crunch. For the miso I added spicy mayo to make it creamy and that took the ramen to another level. The flavor was delicious and the noddles were cooked to perfection. Ambiance very chill. I will totally recommend this place.

The food and the vibes here are great. We were seated quickly and our order was taken quickly too. The food tasted great, we had the udon and the lo mein and both were really good. The restaurant was accommodating to our baby and had high chairs. A robot brings food to you which was so fun to watch. Highly recommend if you're at Stanley marketplace for good quality food.

Chi Lin is located in Stanley Marketplace and a decent ramen shop. We stopped in on a Wednesday night and got a table pretty easily. We ordered gyoza, cold tofu, spicy tantanmen ramen, tonkotsu ramen, and braised pork belly rice bowl. The gyoza was decent. The cold tofu was pretty good and I liked that it was pre sliced. The ramen were pretty good. I wish they had slightly more noodles, but the broth was flavor. It could use a bit more heat though. The staff was also pretty attentive. Overall, a nice spot for a nice bowl of ramen.

We weren't quite sure where to eat, so we chose ramen! It was decently packed, and they had their cool robot roaming around and delivering food. I ordered a tonkatsu ramen, and a Thai tea. My friend got pork belly baos and some other drink. The boba in the drink was ok, more solid than chewy. The Thai tea was good. There was something missing in the ramen, couldn't quite put my finger on it, but it was still good. The pork baos were better than expected. It's interesting to see them make the buns golden brown. It wasn't a bad restaurant, there was no wait time and the staff was polite.

I've been back here a couple times now and have enjoyed most of their food items! The naked tantanmen noodles are very good and spicy too. Service is always great.

Very cute eating bistro with a variety of food options. Plus the decor was really neat. I ordered the miso tonkotsu ramen. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. The staff were nice and attentive too. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area!

I wanted to love this place since it's part of my name sake, all in all it was ok. We went on a Thursday night and it was popping. It was a little confusing figuring out who was helping who since there was a line but eventually we got seated. It was stuffy but service was quick, unfortunately couldn't understand our server too well since he was speaking really low. All of us ordered the ramen, I went with the spicy variety and it was good. There was a lack of ground pork and wish there were more veggies but all in all it filled me up. I would come back again if someone suggested it but wouldn't come back if I was specifically craving ramen.

I've been in the Stanley Market a few times and I've always seen lines out the door at Chi Lin, so had to see what it was all about. When we got there last night we had a wait about 10 minutes for a party of 2 , but was longer for party of 3 or more. Service: the employees there are on top of their game and make sure once seated you're greeted within a minute or two of sitting down. We placed our order right away. I got the French fries and the Tan Tan Rice bowl. Both of them had some heat to them, so if you lie a little spice these dishes are for you. The pork in my dish packed a nice pow. Would definitely order again next time. The French fries were good, but possibly a little over fried, but still very good. Definitely recommend to go early. I don't believe they take reservations, so on a weekend can see this place having long lines.

We grabbed a late lunch here and had the Tonkotsu ramen and the pork dumplings. The ramen was good and not too salty. The noodles were a good consistency. The pork dumplings were not great -- they seemed either over or under cooked, and had a tough/chewy consistency along the seem. The filling was good though! Service was ok, nothing great, but fine enough for a quick bite!

We visited at quite a busy time in the evening but luckily were able to get seated right away. Our service was quick for how busy the restaurant was that night although our entrees did not come out at the same time at all. The beef took a few extra minutes surprisingly but luckily we had some good shumai to hold us over. All the food came out very hot and was really good! Our food didn't come out on the robot cat server but we enjoyed the busy environment nonetheless :)

We stumbled on this Taiwanese restaurant at Stanley market when we were hankering for Marie Empanadas. We switched our plans and ate here. So yummy! - hot sour soup: authentic - bbq pork buns: authentic - Taiwanese pickled cabbage: authentic - pork belly rice bowl: authentic and amazing - spicy Tantanmen ramen: delicious Sesame chicken, broccoli beef: also delicious. Service is attentive and they have a server bot! Hilarious. Pleasant quiet indoor and outdoor seating. Overall we love our new discovery and have been back a couple of times already. We are now regulars. You should be too!

    Does this restaurant take reservations?

Not truly but for a big party they will accept. The owners are awesome and extremely attentive.

    Operating hours and phone number?

They are still soft opening, so only opened from 4 PM to 9 PM every day, will eventually expand the hours of operation after grand opening. Don't think the restaurant has phone number set up yet, but same owners of Misaki at Stanley Market.

We were seated fairly quick and was given water cups fast. We got a quick rundown of the menu, however we did have a newer server. We thought she did great as she constantly checked in on us and made sure that we were doing well. The takoyaki was a bit too doughy for my liking, but it was okay. The gyoza are on the other hand was absolutely perfect and needed no additional sauce except the one that came on it. When the black garlic Ramen came to the table, it had a slight flavor, but I would say it was pretty plain. We ended up asking for some of the sauce that was on the Gyoza for the soup base. When we added that to the soup base, it became 1000 times better. The noodles were cooked fairly well, but I would just say the broth needed a bit more flavor. Overall, it was a nice spot and we may be back to try other things.

What a cute little place!!…read more It was late in the evening and I was getting hangry. I was craving ramen and Neko came up during my Yelp research. They were open late, so we decided to go. The restaurant was popping at 22:00 on a Friday. We were greeted warmly by staff. It was intriguing to us that we ordered via an iPad kiosk as if we were at a boba place, but we didn't mind. However, usually only to go orders are placed on a kiosk. In my hangry state of mind, I had not realized that Neko only serves their ramen with chicken broth, so for those of you who prefer tonkotsu broth, this isn't the place for you. For that reason, my husband had to order a chashu rice bowl instead. Personally, I enjoy both paitan and tonkotsu. I went with the black garlic ramen. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive. While we waited, we dispensed water for ourselves from the soda fountain. I was a little confused upon receiving my black garlic ramen, as I thought the black garlic oil would be more prominent. I was assured that I had the right bowl. My husband enjoyed his chashu rice bowl. I had a small bite and the pork was tender and well-seasoned. The paitan broth was very umami indeed. I would have liked to have more of a black garlic flavor, but it was still good. Next time I would just pay the extra $2 for more black garlic oil. The noodles were bouncy, and the chashu was tender. The egg was deliciously jammy (alas no photo because I devoured it). I saw they had soy sauce and hot sauce, but wish they had the classic chili powder so I could have added some to my ramen. Neko Ramen & Rice hit for late night noms, and the cat-themed decor all around (since Neko means cat in Japanese) was such a vibe. They also serve curry, poke, and various small bites if you want some apps to enjoy before your entrees. If you don't mind chicken broth for your ramen or will be ordering rice bowls instead, Neko is a fun little place to come dine at, especially since they open late.
