Regretfully, I must share with you an experience that I hope no customer would have to endure. I'm posting this to warn others in regards to this owner and company. My wife and I recently scheduled a carpet cleaning service for 10AM with the owner Tony. At 12:58PM, he called me to tell me he would be running late. I did not see the call, as I was in my yard working on another project, but returned the call at 1:15. He didn't apologize for being late and told me he was running late on another job and I should expect him by 2:30. I told him that I had to pick up my wife's car at the shop and could he come at 2:45 instead. He rudely suggested by his tone that I was negatively impacting his schedule and I would have to be home. I hesitantly agreed and moved without haste to the dealership. While driving home, his representative called and said they would be late again, now @3:00pm. When they arrived, I showed them the areas to be cleaned, which included the family room. There were a few chairs and two coffee tables that had to be moved. His representative asked me if I wanted just the traffic areas to be cleaned and I informed him that Tony ( The owner ) had agreed that his people would move the items before cleaning. I went on to inquire as to whether they had plastic to place under the sofa legs to prevent the stain from bleeding onto the carpet. He said he didn't have any more supplies and asked me if I had Tin foil. I suggested that I call the owner and clarify the job. So, I phone the owner. He and I spoke on speaker in front of his representative about moving the furniture items. He confirmed to the rep that we had agreed on this matter. As to the plastic or styrofoam blocks to protect the carpet from staining, he then asked his worker if he had any plastic. The worker replied I used it all on the last job. He said I'll take care of it to the worker. He then spoke to me asking me if I had any supplies for their job. I then said, I hired your company with the expectation that you would show up with the necessary materials to complete the job. It was at this moment that his demeanor change. He said, "Do you want me to do the job or not!". I told him that he was being unprofessional and at this point his people could leave. At this moment, I never expected to hear what happened next. Tony (The owner), exploded into a profanity laced tirade which opened with: F**K You A**h*le!, along with a myriad of other horrible, violent words pouring out of the receiver. I immediately hung up the call. His female representative was horrified and said she was very sorry for me having to endure that abuse. She said no customer should ever have to go through that. I told her I appreciate her kindness and his people left shortly after this exchange. I write this in the hope that no other potential customer has to go through this experience. read more

Absolutely crazy what happened here. I scheduled to have them come and do my carpet on Saturday, October 13. My grandson was going back and forth with Anthony on email and text messaging. They confirmed multiple times to have this carpet cleaning company come over and stretch and clean my carpets. My grandson flew in from New York to be here for the carpet cleaners. Anthony and his team were set to arrive at 9 AM on 10/13 and around 10 AM there was still no word. Mind you, we had confirmed multiple times this date and time. We called and emailed at 10 AM, an hour after the confirmed time. It's two days later and we still HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING! We are also reporting Dependable Carpet Cleaning to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Anthony did a fine job! He is very friendly and professional. You won't be disappointed. He and his worker cleaned two Broyhill sofas and they are very noticeably brighter and cleaner. We will definitely use Dependable Carpet Cleaning in the future. read more

First, he was over an hour late. Second, the large area in our finished basement that was to be cleaned had to be recleaned by us. We were hoping not to have to use our carpet cleaner because we wanted to save the time. But he left it with a perfume spray on it that wouldn't go away after 4 days. When we cleaned the carpet, the water was filthy. We think he didn't have water left in his truck as when he showed me his truck and that he uses his own water, it looked almost empty. Anyway, the stairs we redid were also not cleaned well. It's only been about a year since we had our last cleaning and the basement doesn't get used very much, so we thought a professional could come in, freshen it up, and it would be ready for the holidays. Yuk - cheap perfume smell, and not cleaned! Then, we have a hallway the cat decided to use after being locked out of its box for a day or so. Recognizing this needed serious cleaning, we respect his view that we need to replace the carpet, padding and other materials. We'll do that, but in the meantime decided a good cleaning would get us through the holidays. He sprayed the area with enzymes and then left some type of powder all over the area and into the carpet. In his response, he said a second treatment would be necessary but didn't say that he did this when he left. Now we had to clean that up and have reshampoed the hallway all over again. For someone with such history and "great reviews" we are way surprised by the service. Nope, not again. Next time - a brand we've worked with before. read more

What a blessing! My 92 year old Mama's basement, in Parma, had flooded and I was extremely concerned about her health in light of the current pandemic. All we needed was to have additional issues regarding her health and safety resulting from the water damage. I called Dependable Carpet Cleaning in the morning, spoke with Anthony, and then Sam came out that afternoon to thoroughly clean and sanitize the basement. As Sam cleaned & sanitized, he showed me what he was doing to ensure that I understood the process and saw the results (while maintaining 'social distancing'). Both Anthony and Sam were very professional, courteous and understood my concerns / expectations. This company provided a 'more than fair' price for the services rendered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This guy is a scam!! Outside of carpet cleaning he is a mineral collector and he had STOLEN over 7,000 in inventory from sellers!!! He buys the items then once they have been shipped and has the tracking information he blocks the seller and tells PayPal he never baught the minerals/crystals and gets refunded while he keeps the crystals !! I had Dependable Carpet cleaning in on May 11. Sam was the 'tech' and he did a great job. I have a ten year old whole house carpet, and only had it cleaned one other time about 8 years ago, so it had a lot of 'food' stains, and 'shoe' dirt. I wasn't expecting anything, only a Cleaner carpet than I had. I was VERY happy when all the 'stains' were gone, that were noticeable for years.
