I checked my dip stick and it was low, looked under my car and I can see the oil drip down. Long story short there oil all underneath my car, like everywhere!!! Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. They were one of the few shops in the area open on Sunday and I needed a Check Engine light diagnosed. On that visit I did not have work done but received some excellent advice from Abhi one of the managers there. Fast forward to this past week I blew all 4 tires hitting debris on the 405. Rims were jacked as well. Figured I give Big Brand a try since my last visit was pleasant. Had it towed there and once again received excellent service and got a very competitive price on new tires and also they assisted on ordering rims from the dealer. They had given me a quote on after-market rims but figured I'd go with OEM. Big Brand got the rims next business day and even kept the car an additional day while waiting for the adjuster to examine the vehicle. Tires were installed and everything was balanced out and I'm back on the road. They really made an unfortunate experience as painless as possible. Abhi and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

My insurance company sent an inspector and approved the claim almost immediately, yet the shop kept telling me they were still waiting for a response. Every time I called, there was a different excuse. What is most frustrating is that they never bothered to follow up with the insurance company or even verify whether the claim had been approved. They also never ordered the parts, which caused unnecessary delays. I visited the shop multiple times looking for answers. The only reason this issue was finally resolved was because I personally called the insurance company and put both parties on the same phone call. Only then did the shop realize that the approval had already been issued. This is not professional. If you work with insurance claims, you should know how to communicate with insurance companies and keep your customers informed. Instead, I felt like nobody cared, nobody followed up, and nobody took responsibility. On top of that, their phone is almost impossible to reach and getting updates is a constant struggle. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust them with my vehicle again and would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I am happy/pleased with my service from start to finish. I highly recommend JMP Autowerkz. Thanks guys.

I have a 2023 F350 Lariat with the high output diesel. This is my first diesel truck and everyone…read moretold me they are more expensive and difficult to maintain. This truck is a workhorse and I use it to haul loads of gravel and soil for construction. Last month, I had an attempted break in that immobilized the truck. I had it sent on a flatbed to my local Ford dealer. They took 2 weeks to tell me that it needed a full fuel system replacement for $19k. They did a recall and charged me $500 for a diagnostic.I absolutely could not believe the truck needed this much work, so I took it to Diesel Tune for a second opinion. George and his guys looked over the truck and plugged in the OBD2 reader. They couldn't find anything wrong with the truck and they even check over all the fluids for contamination. We ended up doing a full 50,000 mile service with filters and fluids replaced along with some additional consumables. The total was $2600 and all the work was done diligently on time. I gave the dealer an earful and they refunded the money they charged me for a diagnostic. Diesel Tune has my business for life. I would give George and his team more stars if I could.
