Stopped by for a $5 paulaner in the rain. Ended drinking a beer with Cristoph and Asia. Feels like Taos. Or Bavaria.

Easily some of THE BEST Mediterranean food I've ever had. It had such good flavor and we couldn't stop eating it. Our waiter was amazing and recommended multiple things to us while having great knowledge for the food they provided. 10/10 service! The building is so cozy, it feels like you're sitting down to eat at a families house, not just a restaurant. It was incredibly welcoming and I recommend to anyone who's in Taos, NM!

Unlike other experiences I've read about, we did get waited on promptly and food took about 20 minutes. The indoor area was eerily quiet-they could have added some music to enhance the ambiance. Otherwise, it was cute inside. I got the tofu shwarma-not something you'd typically see on a Mediterranean menu. It was minced and came on lavash bread. Very nicely seasoned. The rice was also really good-elevated from basmati rice with various spices and raisins. The side of veggies were so so-those were a little too oily and overcooked. Large portions and friendly spot. It's a unique dining experience and worth trying if you're looking for something different in Taos.

We were absolutely blown away by the green chili burger that we came back the second day just for the barbecue burger to compare and they were both great. We also had the nachos which were loaded and so good. Since it's very cold on the slopes, I highly recommend getting the apple cider! Would definitely eat there again the next time we're on the slopes, perfect for a ski day lunch.

I ordered a skinny marg on my first day there, and it hit the spot. My girlfriend ordered a hot Irish coffee, which seems to be another popular drink amongst the patrons at Rhoda's. The food menu. offers small bites to entrees; I did have a two-bite-sized chicken tinga taco ($5) made with a legit corn tortilla; we also ordered the chips with a trio of salsa, queso, and guac. (Texans, the queso is more of a cheese dip, so maybe just stick with the guac). There's outside seating that faces the base of the mountain, so it's great for people watching. It's dog-friendly, cashless, and counter-service only. They often have a bar outside too.
