I loved this place for 2 years when I thought I was getting results on my laser hair removal. I loved the manager at the time and all the ladies up front. Even my nurses were nice and then they all left, along with the manager at the time. Nurse Edeh was not nice. She had me waiting to be zapped with the laser, while she sat on the couch and caught up with a friend. The way she talked to me and acted like I was an inconvenience was something I brought up to management back then. I tried to ask for someone else but she was the only one left to do it apparently, as everyone else left. I never write reviews but after I switched to SEV laser I became furious. I paid a literal quarter of what I paid at dermabare and I saw better results after two treatments from SEV. I had received 18 treatments from Dermabare, yes 18! "good results take awhile sometimes, blah blah blah" kept me coming back and taking my money. I still shaved everyday at the time. After only two appointments at SEV I can now go a few days without shaving. Reminder at the fraction of the cost. Not to mention it somehow hurts way less at SEV but works better? I don't mean to come on here and bash but my experience is what I experienced and I wish I saved $2,000+ and got results in a quarter of the time for a quarter of the costs... read more

To continue. The main help i can give is .. once again there was not a evaluation of my skin type before a ipl laser procedure like all md professional dermatoligist do .. its abc s of dermatology . There is no question i was burned and put in danger of damage. The very dark pinpointed black and redish swelling is that as well as the pain and heat still after one hour .. still hot burning. I went back in on my own asking for help and the rn who did the treatment just looked a bit "scared"as first responss. and said its normal .. i knew it was untruth. There was no more folliw up as no trust set in. I went to Restore health services and ommediately did hyperbaric ocygen treatments for the burn ing face .. then cryotherapy hanheld over face. And it responded after 4 days in a row. And a very very light peel lotion by defmatologist. Then more hyperbaric. All cos me more than 1100$. I know they use nonsense untruths for response. They were rejected by my credit card company and i received many back . Until they provided a NO ReFunD policy. .. they digitally quickly had me sign. Zero review of customer by customer and accountability. They caused this by. No skin type review as normally would have not accepted me as candidate. 2 zero clinical management of yhese protovols oc medical care. Its Laser!!! My credit card company has , since they had no choice due to the trick no refund policy by dermabeare, quickly to keep me as customer raised my credit line and credited me back themselves 250$ plus to my checking account. Getting my laser treatments done at Dermabarre has been such an amazing and wonderful experience! Firstly, I just want to post a special shoutout to Laila because she is geniunely one of the kindest and most considerate people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Due to my class schedule I have had the opportunity to work with Edeh, Nika, and Camilla and they have all done an amazing job! Each of them has their own appraoch but all of them have always made me feel at ease even during sessions when things got painful. I got the laser treatment procedure specifically in the underarms, lower legs and face. I have a very low pain tolerance but after a lot of advice on how to properly numb myself before the treatment I was able to successfully complete them and have also gone back for touch ups since then! The overall treatment has shown great results as I no longer have to worry about shaving my lower legs or underarms and my face has had very little hair grow back especially since the touch ups. I got my last session the other day and I have to say I wont miss it. These laser treatments were SOOO good on my underarms that I don't think I'll ever need to go back. Well... maybe OTHER areas, but not my underarms. Between my 5th session and my 6th, last session, it was about a month and a half and I did not shave ONCE. Squeamish Male readers and Those that want to maintain that "mystery" to us females, look away now. I guess you shouldn't have started reading in the first place. So more than a month and no shaving involved. I did not need to because there were barely any, and the ones that managed to get away from the laser beams were so thin and light that you'd hardly notice them unless your face was an inch away from my underarms. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this laser treatment and I have to say that I am a very good candidate for this treatment and not Everyone is a good candidate.
