I've been to their sister location before and had a completely different experience the staff there were informative, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. At this location, my appointment with Vanessa Ruiz felt rushed and communication was lacking. I didn't feel adequately informed during the process, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. The bedside manner and level of care I experienced were not what I expected based on my previous visits with this company. Can While others may have a different experience, this location was not a good fit for me. This was my first time doing my full brow and was referred by my friend who has gone to multiple locations for this service and recommended this establishment as most efficient. The rep. On the phone was super lovely, answered all of my questions. They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell. Can't wait for my 2nd session.

I dealt with severe discomfort and emotional stress from this experience. What has been even more frustrating is how the situation has been handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

I'm tired of being constantly disappointed by their receptionists At multiple locations. 1. I'm sick and tired of their aggressive high-pressure sales tactics. They receive commission. 2. They make too many mistakes. There's been a ridiculous amount of times where I show up for an appointment and the time we chose via phone is not the time in the computer system when I get there thus creating a Domino effect of schedule problems for their day. This has caused me to miss procedures, because they didn't have time, because they screwed up. 3. Their bait and switch scams. Multiple times they called me to tell me about a sale, but then when I'm ready to pay all of a sudden, there are brand new terms and conditions and changes of information. I'm over it laser away. I'm done with y'all. Never again.
