I can't with good conscience recommend this place. In case you don't want to read my essay, jist is: Got a consult. Then during my appointment they state I was "misquoted" and they changed the price of one of my services to double what I was told at my consult AND over the phone during my appointment confirmation. So basically, You can't trust the price they tell you at your consult. Made my appointment late January for Kaybella. Went in for a consult and the girl was really nice and gave me a lot of information, wasn't pushy. They had some great deals so I looked into them and ended up going with one of them in addition to the Kaybella. I had compared their price over the phone and in person and I was told $350/vial which is the common dosage wording other places use. She makes the notes for my appointment and after comparing a few places I made an appointment to come back. Before my actual appointment I get emails about before care but I also get mixed info about arrival time. I get a call day before my appointment to confirm my services and I ask to reconfirm the cost with the girl. To reiterate she also states, Kaybella is $350 and I was told I need 2 vials. I also ask about downtime and how bad the swelling will be. She states there will be some but it would only last for a few days at the most. When I did more research on Kaybella this isn't really true since average swelling takes a few weeks to subside. Day of appointment I get there early because of the mixed info. I later find out I was told this super early time because there was someone with the same name as me with an earlier appointment. I end up going in at noon and the girl is about to numb me. I confirm I'm getting ultherapy and xeomin which was a January package and Kaybella. Because the package only has a certain number of lines I asked how that'd be distributed since I wanted to do my upper eyelids/bellow my brow. The girl wasn't sure so she asked and came back stating it would actually be above my brow and at the side of my eyes which was something I didn't want. I asked for what that would look like and they didn't have any material for before and afters, which is a bit of a red flag. We end up looking online and find it and I agree with where they plan on doing the areas. I didn't like that while waiting for the girl to find images of what this would look like she asked if I wanted to start numbing. I declined and she stated if I didn't start I wouldn't be fully numbed and I'd have to go into the treatment partially number and acted annoyed when I told her I had been here since 11 and no one told me that the treatment wouldn't be where I had discussed at my consultation. After numbing first treatment I get us the ultherapy. When the person doing my treatment comes in she confirms what I'm doing and then confirms that I'm getting xeomin where crowsfeet would be. I don't have those nor am I old enough to need that and I let her know I had talked to the consultant about getting it on my shoulders to relax my traps. She then told me that she isn't able to do that and I would need a particular person that worked there so I might have to reschedule. This was new info since the consultant didn't say anything about asking for a particular person when scheduling my appointment. I got irritated at this because I already anticipated having to go back for 1 of my other treatments but I had wanted to get this done at the same time. She completes the ultherapy and was very supportive through the process cause it hurts like hell. Then she confirms Kaybella with me. At this point she asks how many ml I need because she est. 4. I let her know I didn't discuss ml but cost per vial and that I needed 2 vials at $350 each. She goes double checks and lets me know that I was misquoted because the consultant is new and thought each vial was 1ml. She escalated the situation er my request and gets the manager. One of the front desks girls asked someone what they could do to compensate for the misinformation. They came back with giving me $75 off the treatment. I don't understand how the consultant saw me, stated I needed 2 vials for my full under chin but I was misquoted because she thought 1 vial was 1ml. That means the consultant quoted me at 2ml for my entire under chin area but the nurse administering states I need double. What's the point of me having had a consultation if everything we discussed can just be thrown out the window at time of treatment? Ended up not getting Kaybella and will not be returning. read more

I normally love coming to Dermfx, however my experience there over the weekend was not the best. I knew I was going to be a little late, so i called to notify them 45 mins before my initial appointment to let them know I'd be about 15 minutes late. When I arrived, they were less than welcoming. They initially said my injector was at lunch and they'd need to call her, then brought me back in a room and said I'd need to wait because there were other people ahead of me (other than staff and myself no one was there). My injector walked in 15 mins later (the exact minutes I was late) I apologized again for being late, she said it worked out because she was in a meeting( thought she was at lunch or other clients ) Then started asking me if I've ever had an IPL. This same injector performed an IPL on me exactly 2 weeks prior... she didn't even read my chart?! I know being late can be frustrating, however sometimes things happen, being rude and petty to paying clients is not the answer.. i have been going there for years, and that was a first for me. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Imagine going to get dysport to remove wrinkles just to end up with your eyes becoming severely uneven and when you go back with concerns Nina (injector)said I don't see what you're talking about and basically trying to gaslight me and say it was my lash extensions omg. When she pulled in the nurse practitioner she clearly could see what I was talking about and told her to give me the up keep eyedrops. I have to wait for the dysport to wear off now and I literally hate how it looks. She was so rushed when injecting and just not a good nurse overall. She kept saying "I don't see what you mean. Update: 7 months later and it's still there. Btw stay away from this injector at all costs she denied any wrong doing and also is very dishonest. She did damage and lied saying my face was always like that. This place needs a lawsuit. All the positive reviews you are seeing btw are obtained because they provide a discount when you give five stars. Again stay away from Nina and this place altogether. Pay extra and get better results somewhere else. read more

My reviews here is for photo facial IPL and the nurse Samantha. First I would appreciate Samantha didn't try to convince me to try peel or another laser, I went to numerous the medical place and they always try to convince me do other laser or peel since IPL less money compare to another laser or peel. I tried many treatments to get rid of my acne spots and skin care but it takes forever, only IPL works for me so far. Samantha is so attentive to my skin and always check on m make sure everything is fine and she also spend time to go over my acne spot which I'm really appreciated it. My experience with DermFx. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. I spoke to Kas on the phone.. she was so patient, and informative, to every question I had. She also waited to see if I showed up to say hello. When I got there I met Jennifer, she was so helpful as well. She set me up with what I needed for my treatment. These girls rock! I also got my wrinkle relaxer with nurse Ayah. What can I say about Ayah, she is amazing!!! I met her for the first time, and I was absolutely satisfied with how she did the injections. She made a recommendation on where to do it. And I was blown away that I didn't even have to tell her. She just knew that it would be something that I totally approved on. So, I really wanted to love this place.... this was my 2nd time getting botox for my crows feet. 1st time was at a different business (great experinece just too far). My experinece with booking and receptionists was great. Easy and girls at front office are very friendly and helpful. The NP (Ayah) that treated me seemed to be in a rush even though I may have been the 1st appt. of the day. She was rough inserting the needle and it just didn't feel anywhere near the same as my 1st experinece. When she was done, I had welts which she said were normal. As the day went on, I developed a significant bruise on the right side of my eye, were she injected. I read brusing is not common for this procedure although it does happen. Either way, it makes sense since I was not happy with her from the beginning. read more
