It has since been paid as I didn't want to deal with them any more. Seems like insurance fraud to me. Will not be returning. Cannot recommend.

In the course of the last few months after suffering from a litany of ailments ranging from a back and leg injury (due to a vehicular accident-not my fault) and a subsequent 7mm kidney stone, it became clear to me that neither MD Rieux nor her staff were in any position to really be of assistance-not really. Her personal follow up was poor, and she was rarely, if ever, in the office. In fact, there were days I would stop by and the entire half of her side of the front entrance reception (I guess she shares the building/floor with another physician) would be staffed by none other than Casper himself-and HE was alone. I believe she had the good fortune of being able to take not one, but two vacations within a two months' time frame-must be nice ha? Meanwhile, she/her office are referring me to physicians/urologists, etc who are not able or willing to be seen for months at a time-despite the urgency that was generated by the sciatica (back and leg injury) and or the kidney stone. If their immediate availability on schedule was not enough of a setback, their physical locations were nowhere close to my residence-we are talking like an hour or more away. So your losing on both ends with all of her referrals-all via Prospect Medical Group. What became clear here is that MD Rieux has her hands tied, and for that matter handcuffed, to a seemingly incompetent medical group, this one being that of Prospect Health Medical Group. Either way, it was time to move on and not just to another MD or Primary, but to another medical group altogether. Avoid Prospect Medical Group like the plague, and for that matter ANY MD who affiliates with or is a part of their medical group. Adios muchachos!

I'm generally healthy and she still takes special attention to detail. Some of these low reviews seem less than balanced, and it's important to think about the expectations we place on doctors to intuit everything about our health and emotional state. Come to your doctor with details and questions, concerns about medications, family history and health goals, and realize that many of them on your side. (This info helps to weed out the bad practitioners, and after YEARS in her care, I believe Dr. Rieux is GOLDEN.)

I arrived at the hospital suffering from severe pain, serious vein complications, and ongoing issues related to thrombosis. From the moment I entered the Emergency Department, I was treated with professionalism, compassion, respect, and genuine concern for my well-being. I would especially like to recognize Mike from the MRI department. Despite what was clearly a very busy shift, Mike demonstrated extraordinary patience, kindness, and professionalism. He carefully explained every step of the process, helped reduce my anxiety, and treated me with dignity and respect throughout my visit. His calm and caring attitude made a tremendous difference during a very difficult time. I would also like to sincerely thank Rachael Anita Utech, PA-C, for her outstanding medical care. Her professionalism, attention to detail, medical knowledge, and compassionate approach were truly remarkable. It was immediately clear that she genuinely cared about her patients and was fully committed to providing the highest level of care. The nurses and the entire medical staff deserve special recognition as well. Due to my vein condition and thrombosis-related complications, obtaining IV access was particularly challenging. Nevertheless, the staff handled everything with exceptional skill, patience, confidence, and professionalism. Every member of the team worked together seamlessly and made me feel safe and cared for. Over the years, I have visited many medical facilities, but this experience was different. I did not feel like I was simply a patient in a hospital. Today I had a sore throat and tried to come as a walkin and the lady not only turned me away, but loudly announced my health care plan and said "unfortunately you can't come here." I told her I came last week and she said oh but you can't come for walk in with symptoms just for nurse care. My issue was the lack of concern and privacy. Please do better when people come vulnerable and seeking help. By the way, the nurse last week walked me in, showed me the test for Covid and said now we have patients do it their selves. Leave the door open when you leave and then I will know you are done. So impersonal! That would have been ok possibly but I sent my 21 year old the same day after me and she said they took her vitals spoke with her and did the test for her. Her results came same day, mine came in a week! Same insurance plans, doctors, and everything.
