You can book your cruise online. It's an hour 15 mins on the lake. It was a very relaxing experience. And if you have kids there's water activities, rent jet skis, etc. I would love to do it again. I was a bit reluctant to go again since it's not really my thing. The drive was about an hour from Chandler area. I believe we went to the 10 lane boat ramp area which has a pretty wide ramp which made it easy for them to get the boat and jet skis in. It was a super hot day but the water was pretty nice. We were out there at 4pm and didn't get back to the boat ramp until after 8pm. Long enough for me! Some of them tried wakeboarding which looked fun! Unfortunately, due to some joint issue, I wasn't able to try it. It didn't seem super packed that weekend so that was nice. I did kinda wanted to checkout the Marina area but we didn't get to do that.

Our kids had a great time learning hands on and getting to ask questions about the different types of trucks and how they work. So many photo opportunities with different trucks and a wonderful view of Lake Pleasant. The event was free and you only had to pay for parking ($9) which is an amazing price to pay for an activity to do with the kids. (Website says $25, isn't updated) What a great way to enjoy the warm summer evening! The night began to get a tad breezy but the lake stays roughly 84 degrees. They also make it really fun and energetic playing music with the night slides lit up. My two kids, niece, nephew, and sister participated. Kids ranged between 14-7 years old. They all had a blast! Despite the bad reviews on here we fortunately didn't deal with inappropriate and immature lifeguards nor any bad bruising or busted lips. I do agree that you get flung off the slides the higher one you decide to ride on so be prepared to get a little roughened up. There is a bar/restaurant to eat at, little market to purchase drinks/snacks from, and clean restrooms. I also advise you arrive 15-20 minutes before your start time as you have to take a shuttle via golf cart seating up to 7 from the parking lot. Great activity for groups especially with kids as long as they're strong swimmers and don't mind being slingshotted!

The back in spaces are compact but they are spread out so you feel like you have some privacy for others. Really nice picnic tables with a roof over them too. No sewer hookup tho, which is a pain, but they do have dump stations on the way out. You can only stay here maximum of two weeks. They also have a lake side campground just on the other side of the road if you prefer lake views The lake is really low water level right now You are just about a mile from the scorpion Bay, Marina and restaurant Ice $7 for a 10 lb bag. Rates for this time of year are about $32/night. Electric and water included.

It's a very short and easy climb to the top up and down from the Jomax end. Takes just few…read moreminutes. If you're looking for a fun activity for the family, it will do nicely. Bur you can make it a more serious hike if you take it from the opposite emd starting from the State Trust Land below. I do not recommend taking that longer route starting on the Jomax end because the backside is more easiky climbed than descended. With so much loose gravel and such a steep angle you can easily slip and fall if you go down it. I walk this trail multiple times each week and never tire of it.

We arrived at 8AM on Sunday with is not their normal working day but they were there to get us all setup and going. They provide an app for trails and provide their user name and password when you check in. Their fleet is all new and very well maintained and they offer helmets, goggles, coolers and straps for you. They do a $1000 hold on your credit card but granted you don't mess up their stuff it will release off your card in a few days. There are trails for everyone from easy to extreme. We did an easy and then an extreme one which we ended up losing service in the middle but we figured it out eventually lol we used their printed map and the compass on our phones to get us through. I would recommend sunscreen and also an adapter and charger for your phone to keep it juiced up! Also there are gas stations nearby so you can grab a bag of ice and fill up your chest with waters and snacks. We will definitely be coming back to have some fun until we purchase our own can-am!
