They got everything working properly again and even got my spa working as it had never worked before. I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company. I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. Over the past few months, I've experienced ongoing pool and spa issues that were not properly addressed. My pool frequently did not have enough chlorine, the baskets were not being emptied consistently, and overall maintenance was not performed to the standard I expected. As a result, I've had more problems in a short period than I've ever had before. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
