Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. But every morning I make eggs for my Standard Poodle, and apparently I've been sending the shells down the garbage disposal for years. As it turns out: egg shells + grease + time = a very expensive science experiment. Eric and Luis from USA Drain and Plumbing Works came to the rescue. They explained that our drains needed a full cleaning after years of buildup from oil and my "oops" egg shell habit. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel silly for not knowing that egg shells don't belong in the disposal. What impressed me most was their respect for our home. They wore paper shoe covers while walking on our carpet--a small touch that speaks volumes. Excellent service, great communication, and now both my drains and I are much wiser.
