I had a clogged drain and he figured out my plumbing from a seated position and with his helper using the rooter made short work of my issue. Don't underestimate a man with an industrial drain rooter. In inexperienced hands they can cause a lot of damage. So it's important to have someone you can trust to blindly go 100 feet into your pipes! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to have them back a month later to repeat the job. But that may have been my fault since I was cheap and didn't have them camera the line and we found some roots on try #2.
