At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

His quality of workmanship is so far Superior to what most contractors are today. From my first contact with Connie to meeting with Ron for an estimate to the completion of the project and then the Clean Up. It was a True Pleasure to work with a Professional Contractor that knows what he's doing and then Does It. Ron did Everything he said he was going to do and the Quality of his workmanship was exactly what he said. They placed plastic runners on my floors so not to get them dirty. They cleaned up after the end of each day. Ron is so Honest I left my front door unlocked the first day because I couldn't be there when they arrived. I also left them on another day when I went to a Doctor's Appointment. We started out as one project in my Primary Bathroom Shower. I thought there was mold growing on the grout and caulking. It turned out not to be, it was just poor workmanship and quality of materials. My house is about 2 years old and I Never expected to have these issues. Ron shared with me what he would do to correct the problems and how he was going to do it. I asked him for an idea of what this was going to cost and he said he would provide a written estimate in a few minutes. When he showed me the estimate I was very impressed because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more money. At this point I said let's go look at my other 2 bathrooms and see what they look like. Sure enough they were very similar, only not as bad because they're very rarely used. I asked to get a quote on doing them also. I usually get 3 quotes before I make a decision. At this point I felt the price was very fair and I felt very Confident that Ron was going to do Exactly what he said. I gave him the project right then and there. The first day they were working and we were talking about the terrible workmanship in my house so I showed him the terrible caulk job around all 3 of the toilets. And from there I showed him my Kitchen Counters where some of the caulking came loose. He showed me where there was never any caulk ever applied. He again gave me 2 more quotes for me to consider. I said let's just take care of all of it so I don't have to think about it going forward. The complete project was done on time and Better than I had imagined. The real surprise was when they were completely finished they did a Clean Up Job that I couldn't even tell they were there. If anyone needs Caulking and Grout Work save your time calling several contractors out to give you prices. I would Only work with Ron from Grout Lines USA in the future. I almost forgot to share that Ron shared with me how to clean my Floors, Tiles and Countertops going forward. He also shared with me what products to use and how to use them. This told me they truly knew tile and how to care for it with proper equipment. Tony came out to give an estimate whic was prompt and detail oriented. My wife and I were impressed by his personal touch but in depth knowledge of how they were going to clean and make our floors look brand new. Pricing was extremely FAIR including repairs of some grout and tiles that were popping up. When it came time for cleaning, Daniel arrived. First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.
