So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

If you are looking for the best pest control company, look no further! Steve and his team are absolutely fantastic and are superior to any other company I have worked with. Before working with Steve, I thought I was cursed, I had a scorpion problem every where I ever lived and it seemed as if there was no solution. I tried other pest companies before, and they seemed to reduce the problem, but I still had Scorpions in and outside of my homes. My fiance is deadly terrified of scorpions because she has been stung multiple times, so it got to a point I was going out at night with a black light to kill all of the scorpions I could find. I bought a new home in December of 2017 and when I would go out at night with a black light I was finding 3 or more scorpions every single night. After just one treatment with Steve any scorpion I found was dead. Steve & his team are incredibly thorough and truly care about the job they do, I truly feel like they they earned the name "Desert Best Pest Solutions". What makes a successful company these days is the customer service it provides. I cannot say enough for Steve and Deserts best pest! I ran across one of his videos on a Facebook group and after I stepped on yet another scorpion in my kitchen I reached out to him. I texted him at 10pm at night and he responded immediately and set an apt for the very next day! After our first spray we found multiple DEAD scorpions! This was a first for us as we have been through multiple pest control companies and none have worked! We have two children and 4 dogs so I was concerned that the spray wouldn't be safe for them but Steve assured me it was :). Steve also came out immediately and set traps when we had a mouse issue. On another note, we have been going through a hard time since my husband's amputation and Steve has been very flexible and understanding. We haven't seen a scorpion or any other bug for that matter since we found Steve and Deserts Best! We highly recommend Steve, his company and would absolutely recommend him to anyone! read more

Desert best came for an initial service today and Steve was prompt, well educated on his profession and was more than happy to answer ALL of questions. The service was extremely thorough, ( we even pulled appliances like my stove out), and this was constant inside and outside. He didn't mind work, and I watched him lift, scoot, and shift everything he could in my yard to be sure to got the areas treated. I have never seen it so thoroughly done. He advised me that it was animal and kid safe, have me tips on creating a better barrier on my doors when I asked and told me of my homes weakest points of entry and what he did to fix them. I told him the issues we were having at our home - roach infestation- and problems my family and I were having with our landlord and he was ready to help with no questions asked! We just moved into a new home and have seen a couple scorpions and black widows in the garage. I called to see about getting someone to come out and spray and possibly get on a maintenance plan. We have used Steve's company for a year now and started when we first moved to Arizona. We found our house was infested with scorpions since the previous owners didn't do anything to keep them out. Steve was able to get the house clean of scorpions and any other unwanted pests after a few visits. He went above and beyond to talk to neighbors and find out about the house. We were the worst case he has ever encountered but he stuck with us and made our house safe for our little ones. I was not happy with the service I was getting from the pest control company I had been using for years. This place and Mike (the owner) are a 10-out-of-10!!!…read more I am a 53 year old resident of the Valley since 1979, my wife and I moved to Gilbert 2.5 years ago and I was recently referred to go here for my weed and pest control needs and here is my take on my experience there: I was referred here after complaining about my bug and weed problems to a local business owner (Lou @ Green Acres) as he ranted and raved about Bug & Weed Mart and MIKE. I finally made it in to the store and thank God I did, Mike is AWESOME!!! I told Mike about my fly and my HUGE mosquito problems, along with some cricket issues and also my weed items. He walked me through what to get, WHY to get it, HOW to mix and use it and he even marked the containers with those ratios etc for me without me needing to ask! My wife would get absolutely eaten alive by those bloodsucking bastards when she would just step a few feet out onto the patio and the flies and other flying bugs would always swarm anybody that dare step foot out there too... I did what he told me to do and the next day when I went out to poop scoop and to water the gardens, it was about :30 min later that I suddenly realized... I only saw probably 3 flies and NO mosquitoes!!! I told my wife about all of that and in all honesty, I don't think she believed me, as it was unbearable for her to go out back. The next day near sundown, she came out back to talk to me and then exclaimed "You're right!! There's like NO flies or any mosquitoes out here... I can't believe it!!!" I am now a God of a husband for doing that, when in fact I owe it all to Mike and his Bug and Weed Mart!! Nick came out and did the inspection and called me with the results. No termites but he did see a few items he wanted to mention. He brought other items he saw that affected my property. I was very pleased with the information he gave me. He went out of his way to let me know these issues. I would definitely recommend this company and Nick.
