I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. The other three were focused on a $10k fix to remove rodents that I didn't have, performing a whole home termite prevention for $2500, one didn't show up, and then Jon from Arizona Pest Solutions easily won my business. Jon very quickly isolated the problem, showed me clear signs of termite entry that no one else noticed, and promoted the least involved and least expensive solution that was most likely to fix my problem. I was scheduled very quickly, Jon arrived on time, and within an hour he took care of the termite issue and helped me fix an ant problem as well. I wont go anywhere else for pest control.

I went to Bell, my usual cleaner for suits/sport jackets (which always look crisp after they come back from a trip to Bell), and I believe the owner helped me out. They not only prioritized the job, totally understanding the situation, but did it free of charge. That's the kind of service you can only get from a trusted, local institution. Oh, and the dress ended up looking PERFECT! Thank you again. We'll always be back!

We are brand-new to Arizona, and knew we needed a pest control company, but had no idea where to start. Termites? Spiders? Scorpions? Some companies claimed to only treat one or the other, with separate charges for each particular pest. Along came Steve from Vault, who not only spent a great deal of time with us (giving us a wealth of information), but gave us assurance that his treatments would address ALL of these pests, for the same cost that other companies charge for just one of them. A huge weight off our minds, because how would we otherwise know which pests to address, and how? In the few weeks following our first service, we found 15 dead spiders in our pool (that had been living in the fieldstone walls + posts surrounding it). Also on Steve's first service, he went heavy along the backyard walls (they are extensive, and no small task), because we told him we had an abandoned hot-tub up against one of our walls from an in-process foreclosure next door. This was most appreciated, as our home inspector (a month earlier) called the abandoned tub a "scorpion and spider hotel". He even put 2 scorpion traps inside our garage door, which we understood was so that they could ascertain whether there were any of these creatures trying to get in! (It got one big one, that we know of!) So our advice to other newbies like us, or established Arizonians, Steve + Missy/Vault Pest Control are the business to go with. read more

I've been using Vault Pest Control for over two years now, and I couldn't ask for a better pest control company. They're a family-owned business with that genuine small-town friendliness that's hard to find these days. When you work with them, you're actually working with the family, and they take real pride in the service they provide. They are always on time and extremely reliable. One thing I really appreciate is that they send the same technician every visit, so I always know who will be coming to my house. Over time they've gotten to know my property and are great about giving helpful advice on preventing pest problems before they start. Another huge plus is the flexibility. I don't even have to be home for them to complete the service, which helps a lot when I'm at work. They show up, take care of everything, and make the whole process easy and stress-free. Vault is just the best! This family company does such a great job. They are so kind and friendly, are always punctual and they have addressed every pest issue we have had the very first time. They currently do ongoing maintenance at two properties for us and we have not seen a single scorpion, rodent, cockroach or other pest at either property. I also feel much gratitude for their kindness; when we moved into our current house we were not aware that there was a huge mosquito infestation at the property. They ate our small children alive - our 6 year old daughter was covered in bites and the bite on her eyelid resulted in her having a black eye. I contacted Vault and they came out the same day, even though we were quite a distance from the location they were covering that day. Mosquitoes were gone immediately following their treatment! BEST PEST CONTROL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Moving from Utah & hearing about scorpions was not fun!!! I found one in our house & IMMEDIATELY called Vault. They were here the next day, sprayed everywhere & did an excellent job! Haven't seen one since! To be honest, I've only seen a couple tiny bugs in the house since having Vault pest control. We also have the mosquito bomb treatment & have seen a huge difference. We can enjoy being outside without getting eaten alive!!Great customer service! Missy is the best!! Haven't seen any bug since:) grandkids went out last week armed with black light and stick to look in bushes . Lawn front and back for scorpions, which we know are prevalent in the area. We called Vault because our neighbors spoke very highly of their services. I called at 9am and they were able to come by 4pm the same day. I recently moved here from another state. I was worried about spiders, bugs, and especially scorpions. I saw 2 scorpions outside of my house. Since Vault has now been taking care of me, I haven't seen 1 spider, there's no more scorpions. I didn't expect my outcome to be so great!! My husband is a very tough person to impress, but he was definitely impressed with the service that we received from Vault. So far, lots of dead scorpions but no new ones in the house. I think they are about the fifth service we tried. All the others, after they sprayed, the scorpions came into the house. Not the goal we were looking for. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.

Sold our home and the buyers had these guys inspect for termites and low and behold they found the…read moreone 4"trail left from years ago and insisted the home needed to be treated. I explained that I have seen that for years and it was not active. But he insisted this was all he needed to report it to the buyers as proof of an infestation. Then they quoted 450.00 to spray under the home , no drilling and baiting etc, which took a half an hour ,no respirator used, no odor whatsoever. I feel violated . But we are over a barrel and need to move to our new home. They know it and we know they know it. Not a good vibe as much as I'd like to believe they were being honest. I wouldn't trust them with any job as they seem to be quite happy to rip you off.
