From the beginning to end, Pedro was an excellent communicator. He was very responsive to both text and calls. He came quickly for an estimate and then fit us into the schedule. The pressure washing job was excellent. Then the cement team came to do the resurfacing. The main part of that was beautiful, but there were some cracks at corners and seams. Pedro got a team back to do some fixes, and we were happy with the final result. It was harder to get the railing team in. Took him 3 tries with 3 different subs to get them out, so there was a couple of weeks delay. Throughout, Pedro kept me informed of what was going on. Kirin came by to do the work, and you can tell he really enjoys his craft - he was meticulous and took his time to get everything just right. They redid the counter flashing, cleaned and sealed both chimneys, replaced spalling bricks, applied Crown Coat, installed new stainless steel rain caps, and replaced a window flashing. They also repaired window trim bricks to coordinate with my window replacement, and gave me a very good price for that extra work. Everything was done on schedule, and the work looks fantastic. It's not easy to find good contractors. I'd definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs chimney or masonry work.

Had no trouble making an appointment and he came and looked at the chimney and fireplace and said, basically, "yep, everything's good. You don't need it cleaned." He was apparently (I wasn't there, this is hearsay) very nice and when asked how much we owed him for the service stop he said we didn't owe him anything. So, my recommendation is that you call this guy and have him service your chimney and you will know that if he's doing the work, you really need it.
