Andrew and his team did a great job fixing our brick chimney. We were concerned that it needed to be torn down or completely rebuilt, which probably would have been outside of our budget. But Andrew took the time to explain how our chimney was constructed, and what our repair options were based on how we wanted to use it. It was not in danger of falling, nor was it off center but the mortar was old and there was visible spacing between bricks... enough to concern us. Communicating with Brick by Brick was easy. Unfortunately, we decided to get our chimney worked on during the winter which is when people notice leaks so booking Brick by Brick was tough. Glad we waited though because his (Andrew) crew were professional, timely and kept the outside of the house (relatively) clean. We decided to redo our fireplace this winter and ripped the old one apart before realizing how busy every mason in the city was. Most masons were booked out for 4 months or so, some wouldn't even talk to me saying they just weren't accepting new customers. Not Andrew from Brick by Brick. Not only did he give us a very reasonable estimate, but he said they would come out and do our in-the-house job in between other outdoor jobs when it was raining and they couldn't work anyway, which they did.
