I was happy with the work and was a consistent customer. I scheduled appointments and was always on time, if not early. Unfortunately, there were two occasions that the nail technician was double booked. The first time this happened I agreed to have someone else do my nails, but the second time this happened I walked out. They had me waiting for a half an hour. After 20 minutes I got up and said that I'd come back but the nail technician said that she was polishing and would be just a few more minutes. Another woman walked into the salon and stated she also had an appointment with the same nail technician, she was told that I was waiting but the customer sat in her chair. The owner walked out and asked that if I'd like her to do so melt nails. I don't get furious easy but this pushed me over the edge. I scheduled my appointment with a certain nail tech- I wasn't going to step aside after waiting 45 minutes to let someone else take my place. I walked out- my feelings are that if an establishment doesn't adhere to appointments and respect me as a long-term customer, my money is good elsewhere. Sorry DP Nails, but you just lost yourselves a good customer.

This is a very busy establishment and no time is wasted on greeting people. Yes they say hi but be a little proactive by going up to them because they are working on another client. Have a picture of what you want. Be kind and patient. The prices are reasonable. They service everyone but their English isn't all that great.
