I first came here when they opened and the service was fantastic. I came back here for the first time in two months today and I have to say it is still pretty fan. Today, I called and asked for an appointment for 3:30, I got there a few minutes early (3:25) and the guest in front of me was taken first, but whatever. I was placed in a chair after picking up my colors. Unfortunately they didn't have my feet soaking and I was in one of the not good massage chairs. It was a rough start, but the service and results were well worth it. I went for a pedicure and it looks like a two-year-old used white out to do my nails. Nobody said anything when I questioned the service and I had to walk back into the salon for them to acknowledge that there was an issue. This is the best nail salon in the area. It's clean and comfortable, a peaceful place to spend time. The owner and employees are very nice. It's never too busy that I can't get in as a walk-in. I guess it has been under new management since before I started going about 6 months ago. Being new to the area I tried many places and this is the one. During the last couple months, I have been using Fantastic Nails. The nail place has changed ownership.They keep the place spotless where you can eat off of the floors. Every one of the girls give a great pedicure and I enjoy having the powder process. All the girls are very sweet and accommodating. I am very fussy who does my nails. Don't pay attention to the old, negative reviews! The salon has new ownership since late 2021 and they are amazing! The quality of the products they offer is great, and the service is even better. I went for a relaxing Mani Pedi after a long crazy week at work. This place is absolutely not the place for that. The manicurist who did my Mani Pedi rushed through it so quickly I was in and out in 20 minutes. She didn't look up she didn't massage or do anything besides file and paint my nails. The worst $30 I have ever spent on a mani pedi. I felt like we were all herds of cattle just getting rushed in and out. Even the other women there were complaining that this was way too rushed with minimal service being provided. They didn't do a good job at "express mani pedi" either. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!! Go 2 minutes down the road to JC color nails. They are incredible!! read more

After a long days work I went to pamper myself to a manicure and pedicure. I walked in and was greeted and asked what services I needed. Everything was fine until two ladies started working on me(one on my hands/ one on my feet). They were racing each other against the clock. They did a TERRIBLE job, rushed through it all and expected a damn tip. What world were they living in?? On top of that they had the NERVE to ask why I didn't tip and tried to block me from leaving!!!? SMFH!! Tips are NOT mandatory, they are a REWARD for the level and QUALITY of service!!! I will NEVER step foot, spend a penny, drop a penny or go anywhere near this place again. read more

I am new to this area and was desperate to find a nail salon. Some of the reviews I have read were down right scary. I tried one place that was recommended to me and it was a disaster. I decided to check this place out in a local strip shopping center. It doesn't look like much from the outside but once inside, I was very comfortable. It has 8 nail stations and 6 pedicure stations. Everything looked very clean to me. The manicure tools were sterilized and packaged. I was not offered new file or buffer as in other places where you keep it there for future use. My tech was Park. I believe he may be an owner. Very friendly and gentle. He made sure my nails were dry before I left. When I paid I was given a $2 discount for my next visit. I'm giving this 4 stars only because I didn't try out their other services yet. read more

I agree with all of these negative reviews. It's your basic nail joint. All of these places want you in and out. It's literally meant to get you painted (forget the hard core scrubbing, messaging and luxury of it all). I ask my self every time I try anew place why. I need to go to a real spa and spend $75 on an amazing pedicure to get that long message and relaxing experience. I've been here several times and each time the manicures and pedicures haven't been that great - particularly the manicures. They are not well coated on the nail and my hardly last a week. I should not have given this place another chance. I went with my daughter for pedis. I asked how much for a gel fill/in. I was told one price and then after they started, it become double the price. I asked if she was using gel and said no this is acrylic. Then she brought out powder and said it was gel. The tech filed them very very thin. I asked for them to be buffed as they are not smooth. She said she buffed them with the machine. After asking and asking for a buff. She finally did it. This nail salon is the pits. I am continuously disappointed. I only go there as a very last resort if my other choices are too booked up. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The women barely greet the patrons. No eye contact. Rushed experience. No messages, unlike every other nail salon in town. I really do not know how the owner has managed to stay in business. He barely acknowledges people, but most certainly the women that work there need to go. One woman (I wish I knew her name) is the worst of all. Never smiles. Always gives me the Impression that she really does not want to be there. This week took the cake. The woman took the towel from the warmer, never bothered to open it up to sir it slightly, placed the extremely hot towel around my hands and held it tightly.....almost almost if she was doing it on purpose.....she burned me. I jumped and said "owwww! That is very hot!!" She held her expression motionless and never apologized. Then she told me to dry my nails and left my purse and phone at a table unattended. She walked away and never brought my items to me. I was so angry with her and wanted to approach the owner, but there was someone sitting with him and I didn't want to disturb her. A horrible experience each and every time. They don't care about the patrons and if you ever return. His business will crumble and I believe he is not as full and busy as he could be. His competition is miles ahead of him and his staff because they greet their patrons, make them feel valued, take their time with the manicure/pedicures, are warm and friendly and hold a conversation with their customers, thank people for coming and say "hope to see you again soon!" Manicurist rushed through my manicure. Never smiled once, never made eye contact. When I paid her, I handed her the money and instead of giving me my change, she immediately began polishing my nails. Did not even give me change, just kept my money assuming the balance was for her. Once my nails were wet, I guess she assumed I wouldn't reach in my bag. Very rude to assume the change was for her. This establishment is absolutely horrible. From the unfriendly staff to the terrible services- there is not one thing I like about this salon. I have given this salon many chances over the past few years and I have finally had it! They ask for tips, rush through everything, and do a less than a mediocre job. The mani/pedis here are no better than what I can do by myself at home. The waxing is not even waxing. It's more of letting them burn you and ripping the fabric off without pressing it down first (hence removing no hair)!!!!! Terrible terrible waxing that leaves you broken out for days. Plus, they refuse to use strips with their sensitive skin wax. They let the wax COMPLETELY HARDEN and then rip it off with their fingers! SO PAINFUL!!!!
