Around the 20-minute mark, my wife politely asked one of the servers if someone could come take our order, but unfortunately, we were brushed off. The frustrating part was that the other parties who were seated around the same time had already received their drinks and were eating while we were still sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge us. By the time a server finally came over approximately 30 minutes later, we had already decided to leave. I'm a firefighter and work a lot of hours, so when I get the opportunity to spend quality time with my wife, I really value it. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and not how we expected our evening to go.
