Clermont FINALLY has a poke place! This has been in the works for YEARS, and I'm happy to say they did not disappoint. We swung by the grand opening of Poke Moto and got there about 45 minutes after they opened the doors. The staff was super friendly, and while some were clearly new to the world of poke, they were open, willing to learn, and listening to customers as they ordered. (I know some folks might expect staff to know every detail off the bat, but as a former service worker, I get it, learning on the job is part of the deal.) Like most poke spots, they offer both signature bowls and build your own. They've got a solid lineup of proteins and toppings, and you can choose between greens or sushi rice as your base. The only thing noticeably missing was spicy tuna or spicy salmon, but you can add spicy mayo to any protein, which honestly gets the job done just fine. After building our bowls, we checked out, and pricing was pretty much in line with what you'd expect. A medium bowl (2 proteins) runs about $14.49, and a large (3 proteins) is $16.99. We paid just around $40 for two meals with tip, which is pretty standard for poke spots in Central Florida. The restaurant vibe itself is what you'd expect. It's very clean, bright, and colorful without trying too hard. We're definitely going to be back (probably more than once in the next few weeks, let's be real).

I have tried about three different poke bowls from here and they're all fantastic. My favorite is the salmon bowl! Along with the Hawaiian!. They all have a lot of rice and a lot of meat inside. The flavor is fantastic and the service is very friendly. The business is still really busy but that's just because it's busy in Claremont. The inside is sleek and clean.

Build Your Poké- regular bowl with extra protein topped with crab salad & seaweed salad (free) and massago (extra charge)

So excited for clermont to finally get a poké spot! Coming from New York standards my expectations were high and they do not disappoint! With refreshing drinks and fresh ingredients, you can't go wrong! It's already my second time here and it will not be my last!

The servers were nice and helpful with ordering and helped guide us. We were took a while to order because of all the options. The poke bowl was excellent with lots of flavor and different textures. Super healthy too. The tom yum ramen was okay, dont think ill be ordering it again. The broth did not taste like tom yum soup and definitely needed other asian sauces added to it to make it more flavorful (like sriracha and hoisin which i dont think they have). There also werent many vegetables in the soup so it was mostly broth and noodles. Overall, great place for some poke! Just wouldnt get the tom yum ramen again.

Being Clermont residents, there has not been a consistently good Poke place in the area, and even though this is technically 'far' from us, we will ALWAYS stop by Poke Burri if we are coming back from Orlando or in the area. Every time we have gone, the food as been on point presentation wise and everything has been correct, I usually get the All Star bowl and my Wife makes her own. We usually order through door dash or online and pick up, but when we do go in person, the folks working are friendly. You do order from a screen and there isn't a ton of interaction but that's the 21st century. They also have a ramen side but we have not tried that yet. The restaurant itself gives a very new age restaurant vibe (Grass wall with neon lights) so take it for what its worth!

It just so happens to be located across the street from the gym. What better way to beast in the gym and feast right afterwards? Well it certainly was a great idea for us since we are foodie gym rats. We came in with a big appetite after our workout and were seated right away. They had just started their happy hour (which by the way is from 3-6pm). Everything on the happy hour menu looked so tempting but we were there for poke bowls specifically. Once we realized that it may be awhile to make our orders, we did start with the shiitake mushroom meatballs as our appetizer. The meatballs were pretty tasty and came with a sweet dipping sauce. The poke bowl menu is more like a check off list. First you start with a base, pick your proteins, veggies, toppings and sauce. All you have to do is place a check mark next to each item on the list and hand it over to the waiter. We both got the double protein bowl with extra protein. It was half tuna and half salmon and white rice. I had corn, ginger, edamame, Cucumbers, poke sauce , spicy mayo, Japanese mayo, seaweed and scallions. Our bowls were $14.75 each. It's basically a build your own poke bowl. Certain items do cost a little extra. But you can still build a massive bowl for less than $15. I like that the bowls were pretty fulfilling and fresh and tasty. I like the wide variety of toppings, sauces, proteins, and carbs to choose from. I think this is one of the best poke bowls I've had here in central Florida so far. My friend and I were talking about coming here again for our next poke bowl fix and possibly try the other things on their menu.

Solid 4 out of 5 for freshness, value, and convenience. I stopped in on a Sunday lunch with a friend, expecting a quick, casual bite, and that is exactly what it delivered. The staff was friendly from start to finish and genuinely great at recommending combinations. Service was fast the entire way through, from ordering to pickup, without feeling rushed. One detail I appreciated is that there are two entrances, and the back door is super convenient since it leads straight out to the parking lot. The vibe inside is clean and straightforward, nothing overly flashy, and I really like the nod to Hawaii in the decor. It gives the space a relaxed island inspired feel without trying too hard, just a well kept fast casual setup that makes it easy to focus on the food. What I ordered: I went with a custom bowl. The tuna and salmon were both fresh with zero fishiness, which is always the first thing I look for. I tried the soyu and Hawaiian aioli sauces and both were a bit on the subtle side and leaned slightly bland, but not enough to take away from the overall bowl since everything else was solid. The unlimited toppings were a nice bonus and pretty consistent with what you would expect from similar poke spots. My friend ordered the garlic fried shrimp rice plate. The shrimp came out crispy and savory, and the mac salad on the side had a nice balance of creamy mayo with a bit of carrot to lighten it up. Total came out to about $36 with tip, which felt fair for a casual lunch for two. Overall, this is a great go to if you want something fast, fresh, and relatively healthy in Mills50. I would definitely come back, especially when I want a no stress lunch that still hits!
