I came in and immediately the person at the counter said something like sorry, we no longer carry that brand. Not understanding why that should be my problem, I asked to speak to the manager. He was pretty rude & said there was nothing that could be done about the paint and then acted like he would do me a big favor - rather than standing by his product - by replacing the lens, while trying to make me feel like this was my fault. He expalained that he had the same brand glasses and multiple children who were regularly grabbing them off his face, yet he never had a problem with these glasses. The trial pair that I wanted from the new set couldn't be ordered till I spoke to this one doctor who apparently only works Friday. I called for about 3 weeks trying to get these contacts and there was always an issue - she stepped out, she'll call you back, etc. Finally, I spoke to one person who was able to get the contact trials ordered - cause they didn't have any of that pair on hand, and I was forwarded to the front to order the months supply. Upon trying to place the order, they told me that my benefit was used up for the year on contacts.
