My brother was looking for a work truck and I noticed a bunch in their lot. We scoped out the website first and found a few options that fit his specs and budget, so I was the "scout" that got to run over there and see things first-hand. Dave was super friendly - he gave me the straight-scoop on what he had, where they came from, and options (some had undercoating sprayed on them, etc). The trucks were in great shape - brought in from Arizona, and you could tell. Not a spot of rust anywhere. Clean as a whistle. The time came for my brother come see them in person and it didn't take long. We dealt with Jacob - also super friendly - and after a quick test drive, it was a done deal. About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!

In fact she was looking at me with an annoyed/shocked expression on her face...like I was clearly interrupting the breakfast she was eating at the desk. I explained that my tire was quickly losing air and I didn't know what to do. She told me to go across the street that they couldn't help because no one was there. She was just there to take scheduled cars. I've absolutely never been treated like that before. Understandable if no one is there but no need to be so cold and clearly uninterested. The service station across the street was gracious and was able to help me quickly.

When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

In 1991, I went to AMS to have a stereo put in my 1982 Celica. Got a nice one with two sets of…read morespeakers, an amplifier and a subwoofer. An installer named Paul put in the system. In 2010, I needed an alarm for my new car so I went to AMS. I walked in and saw that Paul was still there. He remembered me and described the stereo he put in my car nineteen years earlier. My new car needed a stereo too. Before discussing any upgrades to my stereo, he had one of his installers find out what my factory stereo had for outputs. He then helped me pick out an alarm system and came up with a stereo that would use my factory head unit and CD player. We picked out a four channel JL Audio amp to power 6.5 inch JL Audio separates in the doors and two channels would get bridged to power a JL Audio subwoofer in the trunk. That system got me through thirteen years without a problem, but it was time to upgrade. An annoying noise on the passenger side was bothering me for two years, so I took the door panels off, but I couldn't find it. When I came in for the speakers and alarm installation, Paul's installer, Jeff put my doors back together when he installed the new speakers. I didn't tell Paul about the noise till I picked up my car. Paul offered to go for a ride with me to find out what it was. He noticed a loose piece of trim on the passenger side of the sunroof. In the parking lot, he took apart the sunroof trim and put it back together. The noise is gone and I am way happier to listen to my stereo without that distraction. Paul is now the president and owner of AMS. If you want to upgrade your stereo or start from scratch with a completely new alarm and stereo, go to AMS and they will help you. A few years down the road, they will remember you like Paul remembered me.

The tow driver, from what my daughter said, was very kind and funny. They are especially good regarding used tires, if you are not in the market to spend $600+ on a set of brand new Michelins. I was just there to get some useful tires on my second car that I don't drive all that often. I was in and out in less than half an hour with four perfectly good tires for 1/4 what it would have cost me at a tire store. I am completely happy. 1. Call ahead. 2. Confirm that they have what you are looking for, confirm that they are open and can take you in short order. I do that and I am always satisfied.

I…read morewas literally visiting someone was only there for about two hours and they came and towed my car around 2:30pm in the afternoon horrible when I realized it was them that took my car the website states 24 hours that they open but it's does not disclosure you have till 4pm to get your vehicle . I'm looking around and they're drivers are everywhere in the area taking cars at the same time . You usually tow after hrs people have visitors visiting homes apartments, whatever the case maybe disgusted looks like they're looking for money to take from people .
