About a year ago we received a quote from John's Roofing, which turned out to be the lowest estimate out of about five companies. When an employee (Roman, I believe) came by for the quote, he had two other employees with him. He pointed out some spots that could use repair and explained why. He also had the two other employees clean up the roof, removing leaves, etc. I stated they didn't need to do that, but was told it was ok. After the roof was viewed for the estimate, the employee said he was going to have to charge me $200 for cleaning up my roof. I stated I never agreed or consented to pay for that, but offered a few dollars for being made to feel bad. I tried to forget that experience based on their lowest quote. I scheduled the day to replace our roof, but it snowed that day. I called to reschedule and Roman stated we did not need to be home while they work. I insisted on being home to watch them and in case anything went wrong. Between being asked to pay for a service I did not ask for or consent to and being told I didn't need to be home during the work, I overall got a bad feeling about this company. I returned the shingles samples with a letter similar to this review. We ended up hiring another company.

Tony and Larry (leading the team) were always on hand to hear any concerns we had - at one point ordered their team to rebuild a section of the wall that didn't quite match. They do not know how to line up a sidewalk with the lot line. I kept mentioning the need to allow space for new fence posts. I was told by the owner of MJ Cement that their company isn't concerned about fence posts, they only pour concrete. The parking pad was initially laid out in a rhombus-type shape. After an extensive argument over who was to blame, the Morres grudgingly agreed to square the layout. Construction debris left behind. Crushed gravel for drainage was never delivered. This project was a complete hassle from start to finish. I would never use again, and recommend everyone else to look elsewhere.

First, in 2022, despite telling them NOT to cut down the flowers (so they can RESEED themselves in order to remain in the garden) they CUT down EVERY SINGLE FLOWER HEAD. THOUSANDS of seeds - gone! As a result, Justin offered my grandmother only a small discount on spring service. Despite him promising my grandmother that Belter Landscaping would not touch the flowers and not cut them down ( again since they are biennial self-seeders that rely on reseeding in order to remain each year...) he BROKE that promise and allowed them to once again, cut EVERY SINGLE FLOWER DOWN! So many years were shed. My grandmother is in her 90d and now won't know if these flowers will ever return. Thousands of seeds tossed away after she told them not to cut them and even worse? He promised her he would not do it and allowed this to happen again - to my 92 yr old grandmother who has been a dedicated client. The broken trust is unbelievable. This has completely devastated not only her, but the entire family.

If you are blocking someone's property then yes there is a problem.They have done this multiple times over the past 2 years and it is so frustrating. I've reached out to the company and still have this problem. Everything just falls on ears of people who don't care. Please don't be rude to your neighbors this way when you are living next to each other and want to have good relations.
