Well ladies and gents back at it for the second time this week. Guess I was on a steak kick. There skirt Steak is cooked to perfection every time and seasoned very well. All honesty the steak dish my girlfriend had was so tender I could cut it with a knife. It must be luck but again in and out. It was not busy at all and food did not take long to get to us after we ordered which was nice. So if you want to eat then play or play then eat. Iplay America and top golf is right up the road. Be sure to check out my reviews on iplay. After being there we worked up a huge appetite.

Food and service were both very good. We did have an issue with the incorrect topping used on our pancake, but they fixed it right away with no issue. The portions are large! We could have shared the giant cinnamon swirl pancake. Will definitely return.

This place is NJ on steroids. Giant portions. Great service. And great food. Everything on the table was really good. And there is a Guy Fieri dish on the menu. So that's what your getting. Party atmosphere. Prices are ok. If you want to go for brunch and you live around here. Give it a try

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and happy that I did. This place stays busy! I got there 1hr after it opened on a Saturday and had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated. Once seated we had good service from our waitress. I wasnt quite sure what to order, but I saw a server walking to another table with eggs benedict that looked so good, so that is what I went with. It did not disappoint! It was delicious and fulfilling. I ordered a side of homemade corned beef hash and was surprised of how large the side was. That was enough for 2 meals on its own. I took most of it home and had it the next day for breakfast. The pancakes I had was ok, wish i didn't get the walnuts in it. I was happy that they had pure maple syrup upon request. The prices were reasonable and I will be making the 40 minute drive again in the near future.

This was the first time we tried this place. It had quite an interesting motiff. A very Country Fair + Circus vibe. It had a moving carousel on display (but you couldn't ride it). It was nice and neat. We were seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I can't complain. The food was very delicious and filling. Like a diner, there were too many items to choose from. It took awhile before we settled on what we wanted. I had the chicken sausage and cheese omelette, while my wife had the California Omelette. My eldest son got the NJ Turnpike Sandwich with home fries and my other son got the chicken and waffles Benedict. Meanwhile, my daughter opt for the French Toast with Chocolate and Strawberries + a side of bacon. The meals really hit the spot. Well worth it! Next time we go there, we'll definitely try the milk shakes. The only letdown was that the restroom area stunk. It wasn't filthy, but it reeked like urine badly. They should clean up and sanitize that area really good. Still, the place is worth revisiting. Just hold your personal business, if you can, until you get home.

Food was chef's kiss amazing--10/10 would happily eat here again. From the warm, welcoming entrance to the carousel in the main room (yes, I absolutely considered hopping on), the vibe was already winning. Our server J was fantastic , the portions were generous (come hungry), and every bite delivered. I'm still thinking about the iced coffee, truffle fries, pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Great food, great service, great vibes. I'll give this place 10/10

I have been to this location twice and both times were good experiences. It's gets really crowded but everyone greets you with a smile. They have a huge menu. I've only experienced breakfast however I've seen some plate pass by with lunch and looks very good. Hugh portions and kids favorites the ultimate shakes. The restaurant is very cute, kid friendly with a carousel located in front of the restaurant. The food is always delivered to your table hot. The only downfall is they don't accept reservations. You have to walk in and put your name on the list and wait. Other than that everything else is great.Oh and it's BYOB just in case you were not aware.

Omg, I'm so glad my BF took me here. Their food is amazing. I had the churro french toast and my BF had the big breakfast with cinnamon roll pancakes. Both were to die for! It's a fun atmosphere too. They have a carousel inside. The staff is friendly too. If you're in the area definitely worth a visit.

Wow - these people know their pancakes! I ordered the Nutella version, and let me tell you, it was like biting into a fluffy chocolatey cloud sent straight from pancake heaven. I'm not saying these pancakes could solve world peace, but they're definitely a step in the right direction. The service? Top-notch. The staff was so friendly and attentive, I started wondering if they were angling for a spot in my will. If you love pancakes (or even if you don't - trust me, you will after this), you've got to check this place out. Fair warning: you might leave in a Nutella coma, but it's 100% worth it.

Brownstone Pancake Factory is literally a carnival from their decorations to their food. The menu is like a diner with tons of options and most of the options are fun (sometimes aggressive) takes on American food. The food in my opinion was just okay or maybe I didn't order correctly. The showstopper pancakes description on the menu sounded tasted but execution of the pancake was not anything to write home about. The churro French toast was good. What can go wrong with fried French toast? Their breakfast potatoes needed a little salt. The milkshake was the star of the show for me. I would come back again and try different items and of course get a milkshake.

This is Diabetes in a plate. Way too much cinnamon cheesecake mix but you can take it home and use it as some sort of spread for sweet treat or a dessert you'll make

The word on Brownstone Pancake Factory is definitely out and on a weekend it's a nuthouse. In a good way for them, since business seems to be thriving. We were lucky and seated immediately, since we came on the earlier side on a recent Saturday. However, within 30 minutes of our arrival, every seat seemed to be taken. The interior is fun! I mean, when do you ever see a carousel in the middle of a restaurant. It's very kid-friendly and the majority of groups around us had small kids or teens. The menu is vast and you have your pick of sweet or savory options. We went with the Fresh Baked Blueberry Pancakes and the Tijuana Skillet. My pancakes were good and I was eating Pancakes for several days to follow. My husband felt the skillet was just ok and he's big into his skillets.

The mini pancakes were so fresh, warm and fluffy while the s'mores toppings of chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumble and toasted marshmallow were great additions. It was super quick to order and the lady was able to whip it up fairly quickly. They also do provide options to make your own as well! Our first visit was so positive that I specifically requested to sit with Nick again, and I'm so glad I did. I even brought my twin brother so we could enjoy a special birthday breakfast together, and Nick helped make it truly memorable. Nick is an outstanding waiter--friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and attention to detail really elevated the entire experience and made our birthday celebration feel extra special. Because of how wonderful this visit was, we will absolutely be back, and not just by ourselves--we'll be bringing friends and encouraging family members and others to visit as well. The Skillet Restaurant has earned lifelong customers, and Nick is a huge reason why. Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Nick if you want an exceptional dining experience!

We were seated immediately upon arrival (party of 4 at 11:15 on a Saturday!) and ordered a variety of menu options. Loved the variety of the menu , there was truly something for everyone's taste ! The Lemon Orange ricotta pancake was phenomenal and I love that they offer a single pancake (plain or specialty!) as a side so you can have your sweet treat post meal - more places should do this! The Fried rice under the coconut shrimp wasn't cooked super well; this was probably the most disappointing menu item. Their iced coffee can also be ordered to go; I had a black iced coffee so not much to review but the coffee itself was tasty! Loved the decor of the restaurant but it was very noisy and chaotic. Need something to absorb the noise to make for a much nicer experience. Overall definitely would return, especially if eating outside on a warmer day!

Best Soufflé Pancakes ever!…read more Now that I've actually been to Japan I can honestly say I crave these pancakes more than the ones I had overseas! These pancakes are more fluffier and eggier (I think that's a legit word, LOL), and super rich! If you don't like eggs, don't visit because there is a lot of eggy flavor. I've tried the two dominant flavors, Matcha and Strawberry, and I can't tell which one I like better. The light cream topping is better than any butter or maple syrup I've ever had. There is usually one more flavor that they change from time to time as well which I've heard is great. Going on the weekday avoids the wait. J S Foodies is the latter, a small and cheerful outpost of Tokyo imagination where breakfast behaves like theater. I arrived with my boys and my father in law, a man celebrating another year of survival in a universe that has not yet figured out how to improve pancakes. The space is small, and the famous Kiseki pancakes take their time, about twenty to thirty minutes, as if they are being persuaded into existence rather than cooked. These Kiseki pancakes are not pancakes in the American sense. They are soufflé style creations, tall and trembling, as if gravity is only a suggestion. They arrive airy and delicate, with a gentle jiggle that suggests optimism. We ordered accordingly. I had the lemon ricotta, which tasted like sunlight had been filtered through dairy. My oldest chose matcha, green, purple and quietly sophisticated and complex. My youngest went with the original maple, a classic executed so well it made the classics feel new again. All were excellent, the sort of food that makes conversation pause because mouths are busy being grateful. My father in law ordered what I personally considered a cautious breakfast. Regular pancakes with eggs and bacon. A meal that could have been assembled in any roadside diner between here and forever. Yet even this was handled with care. The eggs were perfect, the bacon honest, the pancakes dignified. No irony, no shortcuts. Yes, the prices are a little steep. But this is not a place for routine nourishment. This is a place for occasions, for birthdays, for reminding yourself that breakfast can aspire to something like art. Five stars, because sometimes the world surprises you by getting something exactly right.
