Then he just hung up. 10 minutes later guy calls me back and tells me the employee stepped out but is just getting off the interstate and would be there in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later still no one. Have a vehicle ~8 months old. Paid to have my car detailed inside and out…read more The detailers damaged all four of my rims. I just had them done 2 weeks before. Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

We agreed on the package for a full detail on my F150 and trailer which had been sitting for a few years. Andy arrived on schedule, performed a walk thru, covered what work would be done and got to it. He spent a full work days wash, shampooing, waxing, clay bar, and polishing both units. The results... freaking awesome! If I'm being fair - he exceeded my expectations and his professionalism was such a welcomed surprise. I'd definitely recommend and will be using the service again. The price was in line with quotes received from others. Service received: Exterior detail - large Interior detail - large RV wash and wax RV polish and seal L2 polish upgrade and refinish of exterior black trim. Great job Andy!!!
