From $99 for the general knowledge of detailing and technical info to $199 for buffering and polishing techniques and finally a master class which is pricey but you will actually get a printed certificate of training to help you get a job if you want. This class goes over every single thing one would need to know about the detailing world. I went here today because one of my friends let me try some of their products to clean and detail my truck. When I got there, I knew what I wanted, but was still offered great service from Ever. He gave me options for additional things I will definitely be going back for in the future. But I was there for just car spray scents. I ended up buy another thing I didn't even need right away, but bc I knew I would need it eventually, I did. I highly recommend this place for any car detailing needs. I wanted to make a negative review here I called in to ask about how to remove spider web scratching on your clear coat single stage paint on a classic car. I talked to a inexperienced CSR person on the phone and he told me to buy VSS it's a polish compound and it would be okay to use your overload meguiars buffer with a 4-inch pad. I went ahead and tried it on one fender and took my time and buffed out the fender with the VSS and waxed it and waited for the sun to hit it just right and made my scratches worse.... This is a $80,000 showroom car I am a experience detailer. So now this frustrates the hell out of me that I take my time and ask a question what product to use and chemical Guys is hiring inexperienced people answering phones. I called down there to talk to a manager he called me and told me that was the wrong material to use I should have used P4 polish. So now I have to redo my fender again to correct this problem all because of somebody doesn't know what they're talking about at chemical Guys. So I'm freaking pissed off that I need to redo my fender again and try the P4 polish. read more

If I could give more stars I would. I've been 'detailing' my car since I could drive. I use to buy products at the auto parts store and couldn't understand why my car never looked like when I would pay someone to do it. My neighbor introduced me to the line of chemical guys products one day. I was a believer after that. My car never felt so clean and looked so shiny. I promptly went online and bought everything my neighbor showed me. He told me there was a store close by if I needed anything quickly. I would recommend to anyone to go to the store. My encounters with each and every employee there has been wonderful and they are all very knowledgeable about detailing cars. If you are passionate about keeping your car looking nice, this is the place for you. I went in recently and spoke to Rally and asked her about the products I was currently using and if that was the best option for my needs. It was good to have the reassurance that I was using the right products for my needs and I picked up some other products that I didn't know I needed. So many people comment on how great my cars look and feel. I have a 17 year old truck that looks like it came off the lot. read more

I'll be perfectly honest. I haven't used a lot of products by Chemical Guys. I've used their Clean Slate car wash for starting fresh and stripping old wax and sealant. Beyond that, I've not really experimented a whole lot with their products. This new location representin' Chemical Guys is located smack dab on Bell Road right off I-17. Super convenient. Easy to get to. Easy to access. Plenty of ample parking despite there being a lot of businesses in the area. I've always taken very good care of my vehicles and I enjoy the aspect of detailing. I was excited to see this place first hand for myself after seeing another Yelp'er write a first review on them! I got to the store this morning shortly after they opened at 10:00 a.m. It's extremely clean inside. Everything is perfectly arranged. Labels are showing outwards and the products are meticulously arranged by product type. Waxes, sealants, shampoos, interior goodies, glass stuff and wheels & tires are all arranged in their own genre of shelving. You could honestly get mesmerized by the labels of it. I think the Chemical Guys logo has become a staple in the industry and I think the labels they create for their products is basically pure-genius on behalf of their marketing team. Look at the bottles, jugs and canisters on the shelves. It's eye candy, isn't it? Oh, this stuff will clean the tire stem protruding from my wheel? And it smells like apple pie??? Sweeeeeeeet! I'll take a case! They did this on purpose, those jerks! I got to speak with Lynn, the owner who was there this morning. She's extremely friendly, outgoing, courteous, helpful and attentive without following you around the store asking what part of your car needs to be cleaned the most. She knows the products well and obviously, she would considering that she's representing Chemical Guys. I walked out with another bucket, a grit guard, a new wash mitt, their rinseless wash (which I have been wanting to try) in addition to their infamous Stripper scent air freshener. All in all, a successful first visit to the Detail Garage. I would not hesitate to recommend the North Phoenix - Detail Garage location to any of my friends, family, co-workers or fellow Yelp'ers!
