Brian went out of his way to help my wife replace a battery that most auto parts stores aren't going to touch because part of the intake ducting covers it and it's a fairly complex install compared to other battery swaps. He didn't even bat an eye and it was a warranty job as well so no sale for the store. It was just great customer service all around. 4-3-2018 Still no one has called about this issue. I lost a 2003 ford Excursion worth 17000.00 and put 7000.00 at my auto service. _______________________________________________________________   My experince with O'Reilly Auto Parts 4530 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130   I had work done at My Auto Service on 7870 W Ann Rd #170, Las Vegas, NV 89149 The work need was new fuel injectors 8 injectors. I took my 2003 Ford excursion diesel to my auto service and they said the fuel filter should to be change at the same time. I agreed. The work was done and nothing but trouble since. They bought the parts from O'rielly auto parts on Rancho Drive. In the two years following they replaced 22 injectors total. The worst thing happened. One of the injectors failed. the number one cylinder over heated and my compression went to 0 PSI. I Ford dealership in town check the issue and a new motor would be needed. 18,000.00. And that using the same injectors from O'reilly. I don't think so. A set of injectors cost from ford. Around 3400.00. I sent the bad injector to O'reilly  auto to check the bad injector and three months later they said the manufacture said the was partials in the injector that caused the injector to go bad. So they won't warranty the part. Number one. Why didn't they send the part to a third party company to be checked? not the manufactor? So I informed O,reilly Auto parts that the fuel filter was change out before this all started. With O'rielly auto parts. a filter from your store. They told me to send the filter in to be check out. After waiting 3 months for the first answer I decided to just sell my 2003 ford excursion as is. Which I did. By the way did I say the manager at O'reilly Auto Part's on 4530 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130. Told me right off the bat. I was wasting my time. You would thing a Company like O'reilly Auto would stand behind the parts they sell. I look online and I am not the only person having issue with their parts. My 2003 ford excursion only had 170000 miles on it. For a diesel engine that's nothing. I lost a truck that me and my four kids enjoyed and should of enjoyed for a long time. Went to the O'Reilly store on 43 Ave and Bell Rd for antifreeze/coolant for my Jeep. Cathleen (sorry don't know last name) assisted me in trying to get the correct fluid. Found some, and a nice gentleman filled the jeeps reservoir. Went home and did more research on the fluid and it was the wrong type. (HOAT vs OAT issue) Returned to the store the next day and talked to Cathleen again and explained the issue and she understood and refunded my purchase amount. Both visits were pleasant and Cathleen could not have been more professional, helpful and nice. I've been a customer a handful of times at this location and everyone has always been helpful, but Cathleen took the extra time and effort to assist a lot and I appreciate that. As a side note, the store is always clean and organized. read more

They push the rewards program but the rewards expire quickly. Just visited this store and they refused to honor the $5 rewards coupon. Expired by 13 days. I spend quite a bit of money at this store but will take the business to Autozone across the street as they go out of their way to work with the customer. read more

This is probably the worst store I have visited. First could not get a parking space because the employees were parked there. One was having a smoke next to the front door while he had the door propped open.. Had to wait a long time before being helped because the employees were kicking back talking with each other. When I asked to be helped, they were rude and condensending. Will not visit this store or any other Oreilly in the future. read more

Great service! Great staff! I was pretty sure I needed a new battery. I went to try to take my battery out of my car, but didn't have the tools I needed. Went in asked for help. A young man came out and helped me right away. Another nice man got me a new battery. They helped take the old one out, put the new one in, and they took the old one away for me! I tried to tip the young man for helping me and because it was over 100 degrees outside. He said "Oh thank you, but we don't accept gratuity." I sure wish they did! Not very friendly employees. That is all I have to say about this O'Reilly Auto Parts store.

Too bad about the low rating. The stores are well maintained, employees helpful & friendly, good inventory. They honestly did not earn a 1 star rating. In the mail today received another rewards card. These are sent to customers who are loyal and continue to purchase from O'riley. The card is sharp looking. laminated plastic, all green & friendly. Has to cost $2 or more to produce & mail. Went to my stash of cards saved up only to learn they actually expire in 90 days. My bad for not reading the fine print. Totally baffles me the untold marketing and advertising budget squandered to get me in the door, sign up for a rewards program, earn repeat business. Only to chase me to the other guy pissed off for 5 or 10 bucks. Kinda like "Thanks for the business...now kiss my ass". Hope they get it some day. read more

My $130.0 battery went bad after only 3 months. I took it in to get a replacement and was helped by the Assistant Manager Cathleen T. You could tell she was having a difficult time that evening; busy store, equipment problems etc. she stayed calm professional and helped me sort out the issue even though it was a complicated resolution. No fault of Cathleen's. Bottom line is if companies would hire and empower more Cathleen's retail would have a fighting chance against Amazon. Both bunch of parts and spent a ton of money here, I received more than $75 off coupon that I really was pleased with. The service is great, if the customer respects themselves, then they'll get nothing but respect back. It is defiantly my to go store for anything related to my car.
