This local Henderson cell phone repair shop is filled with a bunch of fakes losers and I've never seen worse people on this town in the store I've been in there they pretend to fix stuff. They have knock off products and a bunch of junk a bunch of pretty decent teams and Just terrible people altogether fake military vets and just loser people that work there and a bunch of junk they give you promises that they're gonna fix stuff they don't they fix it terribly and this is the worst store I've ever been doing in the history of stores I've been to it's terrible. It doesn't do anything they don't help and they are a bunch of losers that didn't graduate high school. I haven't heard of a worse than this so welcome to America. This is my "go to" place when I have any phone or computer repair needs. Recently I came in to repair my wife's iPhone 6 Plus. If I went through the insurance for the phone I was told I'd need to pay the copay of $175 to repair a cracked screen and my wife would be out of a phone for a couple days. The great couple at Simple Computer Repair replaced the screen for about $100 and it took almost 15minutes. They are awesome. And they have phone cases and some cool accessories for $5 each. Amazing service and awesome prices. Other repairs they've done for me that have helped a lot are replacing my laptops keyboard, new battery for my laptop, and got some virus and malware off it too. They also fixed my xbox 360. I can't recommend them more. They're awesome! read more

This place is a piece of shit; I never want to go here again. The worker by the name of"Cameron" was a huge fucking douche bag. he told me Tana and Bella to go FUCK THEMSELVES. Bells phone was broken a total of 4 fucking times and each time it was because these douche bags didn't put the screen on correctly. So, Cameron, being the huge cunt that he is, told them they can go fuck themselves, lied to Bella's mom and said the phone is fine and she dropped it. Even though it was their fault it was broken. I went to simple computer repair today and was very pleased with my experience and the customer service i received. My phone wasnt working just wouldnt turn on. Im in from out of town and was thinking this was going to be a nightmare of a lifetime getting any sort of help. I was in and out, they had my phone on in the first 10 minutes, I got an i-pad case that with-stands a three year old, and a new phone case. I was at the Green Valley location today and received excellent service for a repair that I was told by other shops would take several days and over $100 to fix the connection and power cord. Christian and Sam had the problem identified and fixed within 30 minutes. The service was outstanding and the entire crew is very friendly. They answer questions and offer options. When the Iphone wont charge all kinds of scary scenarios rush though your head. What if if's a bad battery, what if the cord is defective, what if the connector is broken, what if I was hacked... Once i visited Device Docs and handed the phone to them it was quickly found that the connector needed a good cleaning, phew! I was handed the phone back and asked to have a nice day. NO CHARGE! I can't speak highly enough about them. They went out of their way to help me. My Son threw my phone in the pool as we were in the middle of a move and I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me. I came in just as they were closing the store and the owner fixed my phone on the spot for me. It was incredible customer service. It's rare these days. My phone was shattered into the tiniest of pieces and I thought there was no replacing it. I came into Simple Computer Repair and was greeted immediately. They gave me a flat rate of $79.00 + tax and said it would take about an hour maybe more. I decided to wait and the gentleman was done in about 40 minutes. Took my hopeless computer in with little expectation for salvation. Sure enough, it was deceased, but not before Simple Computer Repair cleaned it's hard drive, and transferred it to my new computer for an unbelievably reasonable fee! ($50). More than worth it!
