I was here recently on a hot day when I was carrying some heavy bags and the staff was extremely nice to me, taking my order quickly and efficiently even though I wasn't sure what I wanted, and when I asked for some water (it was hot), I was expecting just a paper cup with tap water but they brought me a nice big bottle of ice cold water which I badly needed. They didn't even charge me for that. This small act of kindness really made my day, and I just wanted to throw my appreciation out there. Thank you! Also the sandwiches are great and large portions.
