I'm all for a good sandwich and I know that we have plenty of good local shops like Bunk and Devil's Dill around town but sometimes one just needs Capriotti's. Their sandos are just good, hot or cold. I'm an easy coast product and Caps originated in Delaware, outside of PA, and next to Jersey Mike's, these guys produce some good food. Now, as most of you know, this is a ghost kitchen, so basically, all to go. Whether it's the Capistrami (my favorite), occasional specials like the NY chopped cheese or their waygu cheesesteaks, I'm happy no matter what. I give one star cause the manager of this place is a cocky little ass. He doesn't know how to treat a customer. I eat at Capriotti's in Vegas all the time and it was my first time using the app due to not being a sit down sandwich shop I was driving from 4 hours away. I have food allergies and didn't get the eat my $17 sandwich due to the Capriotti's app not having an option for mushrooms. again I have had hundreds of these sandwiches at other stores and have never had them put mushrooms on it with out asking me. The manager said I was wrong and the option was on the capriotti's app and wouldn't remake the sandwich cause he couldn't take the loss. It was not on the app. But again that manager needs to go and they need to fix the app and learn how you treat a customer. That was a waste of a drive. I'm not sure how me asking why adding regular fries to a combo is $1.50 more than getting a cheesesteak, not making it a combo, and adding regular fries for $4.00 means we need to hang up on me, be rude on the phone, and decide that "not liking my tone" means that I should go fuck myself, and then continue to hang up on me 5 times when asking to speak to someone in charge. So before I even tried this place just mentioning them got my friend hooked. He's hooked on the cheesesteak, which is pretty good, but they have a lot to offer. I love delivery and everything has arrived just fine. The fries are very thin cut and we had to use forks to eat them. Maybe not what I was expecting for fries, but still potatoes fully loaded with toppings (and you have many options). I love the flavor and consistency of their coleslaw and the meat is all this thin sliced deliciousness. Personally I really liked the Bobbie because I really enjoyed the cranberry flavor. I think I might try it cold sometime just to see which I prefer because I can always heat it up anyway. They have 4 sizes to choose from as well, so you'll get what you want. When I'm looking to upgrade from just a simple cheap sandwich this place is definitely an option. read more

Just started using these guys and have ordered them at least two times a month they are that good! It's very reminiscent of a New York sub. This Northeast Grand location is great in their customer service when calling in to check on your order when the special instructions aren't available on the online app. This time ordered the meatball and the price is good just wish they were closer so we could pick up instead with the delivery prices. Soooo we ordered via Grub hub. This supposedly came from the one one Canyon. We used to eat at the ones in Vegas. We ordered the pastrami sandwich with dressing and coleslaw. It showed up 2 pieces of meat an ounce of dressing no coleslaw. My husband was flabbergasted. Now for the hot Bobby that was stuffed with fresh dry turkey and stovetop stuffing abs a tab bit cranberry.. the roll is soft vs hard like we're used to. You could order off the menu they have available there but if your picking up food they have lockers. I am so excited that a Capriotti's finally opened up here. No longer do I need to wait for someone the visit from vegas and beg then to bring me a Bobbie. Though it does seem that there is a glitch on UberEats where it says the base price if the sandwich is $8.49 but when you then order the smallest one it comes out to $11.99 which seems a bit much for a small sandwich. What exactly costs $8.49 if the smallest adds $3.50 to the base price? This may need to be looked at or explained somehow.
