I've ordered here a few times over the last couple of months. Family loves the sandwiches here. Last night I got a super soggy sandwich. It was gross. There needs to be some quality control over at this place. It's my favorite sandwich place in town but this was a bad night. Sandwich looked gross. For $25 sandwich there shouldn't have these issues. Check whoever worked the night of 10/3/25. I will try it again. They are 3/4. 3 times great then this one.

    No opinion to remove mushrooms

I give one star cause the manager of this place is a cocky little ass. He doesn't know how to treat a customer. I eat at Capriotti's in Vegas all the time and it was my first time using the app due to not being a sit down sandwich shop I was driving from 4 hours away. I have food allergies and didn't get the eat my $17 sandwich due to the Capriotti's app not having an option for mushrooms. again I have had hundreds of these sandwiches at other stores and have never had them put mushrooms on it with out asking me. The manager said I was wrong and the option was on the capriotti's app and wouldn't remake the sandwich cause he couldn't take the loss. It was not on the app. But again that manager needs to go and they need to fix the app and learn how you treat a customer. That was a waste of a drive. I guess that's how they treat customers on Oregon. Avoid this place !!! Goto happy Vally if your in the area.

The stingy serving of cranberry sauce is wedged in one corner of the roll, so you only get the full flavor in three bites?

I was so salty yesterday when my favorite sandwich order from Cap's hardly had any cranberry sauce; I so look forward to yummy food, and that it hits me harder when it isn't? Now it's 24 hours later and the shop has reached out to refund my money. Look: The Hot Bobbie is a great sandwich, you should have one.

So before I even tried this place just mentioning them got my friend hooked. He's hooked on the cheesesteak, which is pretty good, but they have a lot to offer. I love delivery and everything has arrived just fine. The fries are very thin cut and we had to use forks to eat them. Maybe not what I was expecting for fries, but still potatoes fully loaded with toppings (and you have many options). I love the flavor and consistency of their coleslaw and the meat is all this thin sliced deliciousness. Personally I really liked the Bobbie because I really enjoyed the cranberry flavor. I think I might try it cold sometime just to see which I prefer because I can always heat it up anyway. They have 4 sizes to choose from as well, so you'll get what you want. When I'm looking to upgrade from just a simple cheap sandwich this place is definitely an option.

Naked fries, a bit on the salty side but the fries, different from regular fries were great

Just started using these guys and have ordered them at least two times a month they are that good! It's very reminiscent of a New York sub. This Northeast Grand location is great in their customer service when calling in to check on your order when the special instructions aren't available on the online app. This time ordered the meatball and the price is good just wish they were closer so we could pick up instead with the delivery prices. But overall food is great customer service is great and that's I guess why we keep ordering!

I ordered a hot bobbie and was disappointed to discover they failed to include the cranberry sauce which caused the sandwich to be very dry.

Never had an order not be 45 minutes late. This place blows. 0/10. The food itself is fine, I guess. You could make it at home for less $$$.

Entering the shop, you will be greeted by loud music. Be ready for that. You will have the option to dine outside, if the weather provides it and the seats are empty. The hosts are wonderful and very accepting with a positive attitude. Smiles and all. I ordered the Jim because it was the only sandwich I could eat. The majority of the sandwiches contain meat, so I would not recommend this for vegans or pescatarians. Jim was delicious and I consumed both halves of Jim flawlessly. Either hunger overruled me, or the sandwich was that satisfying. I do recommend the shop, but with limited options for non-meat eaters, I truthfully would rate Lottie and Zulas, 4.5. Yet, I don't believe the spot was "good."

We also had the Vinny which was fine, a bit spicier than I thought it would be, but I'm a wimp. The service was fine, not overly friendly but adequate. The food is 4 stars, the service 3 starts, but the real bummer was all the plastic. Plastic container, plastic cups and we were eating in. They asked if it was to go and we said no, but everything came in plastic anyway. The ambiance is quintessential Portland, right up until they bring all your food in plastic with plastic silverware to boot.

I had the Monsignor Murphy, which featured lots of House Made Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut and Russian Dressing. Nothing really wowed me or seemed particularly good.
