This place is not very good the gates are often broken storages have been broken in to and I never recieve a single reminder it my storage payment didn't go through! read more

The place is absolutely garbage. The gates are broken more often than not. The elevator has been broken for a while now. And they raise the rent 2wice in a year and fixed nothing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst facility ever. read more

This place use to be CubeSmart but, now it's Devon Self Storage. New ownership with better customer service. Before, when it was CubeSmart I always missed the staff or nobody was there to open the shop. Now, with the new ownership it's way better. Their new hire, Jacob was professional, kind and helpful. My over all experiences at this facility was great. read more

My l9ck was cut off by someone and no notification. Both gates broken with no added security so a free for all on people coming in and out. Had a couch, fridge, tv, video game system, and 35 years of comic collecting stolen. This could have gone on over weeks. read more

Jacob Silva, You really need to find another job! I gave you a months notice. I moved out 6/16/2022 , 4 weeks ago. I paid over 3 weeks rent for nothing. You let me out of the gate!!!! One evening after hours last week, I had to get to our storage unit to obtain vital parts for my job. Magically, my code didn't work. I am up to date on payment and was in good standing with Devon Self Storage. I tried and tried to get in, searched the area any posted gate hour changes and eventually left a note. Wasn't a nasty note but terse in it's tone. It's not the first time the gate wouldn't open, only this time it ended up costing me $500 plus in missed work opportunity. The posted sign says that the gate hours are from 6am to 10pm. I was there at around 8:20pm. The next day I called to complain. I'll quote: "I know it probably aint your fault, so I'm not directing this at you, but maybe it's time for the owners to pull their heads outta their asses and fix the gate". He threatened to hang up on me. So I went there and he lied and said; "The gate hours had changed" When I asked why it wasn't posted, he said he "had an assistant post a note but it must've blown away in the storm". I called him on that BS excuse and he told me to "Move out then!" Needless to say I was pissed off and said a few choice words myself. Now he's kicking us out of our storage. It's primarily my wife's storage but he's seeing to it that he kicks her out too. I immediately went down the street and obtained another storage for myself, but he's still hell bent on kicking her out. Great way to do business Devon....I'm never going to use them again and I'm urging thousands of followers and friends to nix Devon as well. Besides all the homeless people living inside the units, theft and vandalism seem to prevail there, (I know of at least four customers getting their stuff shopped and stolen).
