Sadly, this didn't include bedbugs or bees which were expensive separate charges. This specific service was just right for the particular 10-unit complex this branch covered. I started Dewey Pest Control in June 2023 after I had disappointing service from Corky's. Dewy's technician, Mario, comes to my house each month shortly after 8 am when the service is promised via a text message the previous day. I visited their office and met the nice ladies who set up paperless/automatic billing. Everything is done professionally and doesn't cause any headaches. They called me and made an appointment for monthly spray and trap inspection even with it appearing to be a 1 time visitor. However Friday came and went. No show, no call. Again disappointed with this company. Update 9-18-18. I got a CYA email and message on yelp here. Instead of apologizing or simply saying it was overlooked it implied I didn't follow up. I am not sure if those communication are viewable by other users. I have never had a company not provide a standing appointment I.e. 1st Friday each month between 10-12. I still happen to have the call dates in/out on my phone and times and the minutes used. More than anything the email/yelp post upsets me more than the no call no show. After that different service provided their first service the ant problem in my kitchen was worse and a huge wasp nest formed by laundry door. The tech forgot to address the ant problem in my kitchen and didn't sweep the house. The company kept rescheduling service and the problems were worsening. After two weeks of no shows from the other company I called Dewey. Dewey had a tech out the next day. The ants are gone along with the wasp.
