Two qualified technicians showed up ON TIME and spent well over an hour inspecting the property. These guys were smart communicative and informative. Excellent service fast response Alex, and Chris came the next day after calling did the inspection and identified issues where rodents got into the crawl space and attic I kept hearing something scratching and didn't know what it was. I have been living here for 16 years and no Issues until now after the very through inspection Alex and Chris were able to show me all of the spaces where rodents could get in through crawl space vents, ducts, screens on the house and even drain pipes on the roof the were small holes where cables come through the vent screens about the size of a dime and that is exactly what happened. I was given an affordable estimate and Alex and Chris did the repairs and closed up all possible entrances and set traps. The same night the traps went off and I haven't heard any more noises since Alex told me that after all the possible entrances are sealed and they can't get out to leave or to get food so they go for the snacks left in the trap. What an incredible experience! Nearly 10 months ago, my kind nieghbor advised me that I had a bee hive above my son's second story window. I contacted a bee removal company and whilst they removed the hive, I was not pleased with how they sealed the hive. Essentially, in the same exact spot, the hive was reestablish.
