Dewey pest control will stand you up very unprofessional. I call them out for the company I work for but never again

This place has horrible service! They asked for $350 upfront and said I cancel at anytime. Well let's start with Daniel!!!! A so called manager..... here to make sure they do their job!!! No!!!! He was here to take my money!!! It took over six months for me calling and complaining to get them to do their job! Then I finally had it and cancelled! Daniel said he apologized and would credit out my account. Here I am over a year later and received a collection bill for $125!!! What a jerk!!! Must get paid commission and wth was the $350 upfront fee for??? Uggghhh so annoyed with them! Would never recommend their service to anyone!!!! read more

At the beginning of the year we noticed the roach problem increase drastically in the office. Sam came along and listened to our concerns. He asked questions and helped me understand in detail what our next steps were for treatment for the upcoming weeks. Within two weeks, we could definitely see an improvement. By the time the month mark came around, there were virtually no roaches! As of today, it has been amazing. Sam not only provided great customer service but he took the time to really listen to our concerns and explain to us how we could resolve the problem. Very professional and courteous. We had a great experience with Dewey Pest control. Raccoons decided to invade our basement and walls. The raccoons have long gone but left behind a tremendous amount of fleas. We evacuated along with our dog and asked Dewey to come and treat. The service representative was very courteous and helped set up an appointment. Hugo met us between the designated time. We gave him an overview of the situation. He then educated us on the life cycle of fleas and the type of treatment that will be used and how it works. He was very informative. We wanted an environment friendly and pet friendly product. The treatment needed a repeat after 1 week. I made a mistake with the date for the follow-up but Hugo was happy to meet the next day for the second treatment. Over all we had a pleasant experience. With no pressure from the rep., we signed up for a quarterly service that covers other pests we have encountered. So far we have been flea-free for 1 month after treatment. read more

I contacted this business along with other companies to obtain a quote to come out and remove a live Wasp Nest located underneath my Water Hose Rack. All of the other companies I contacted was not available to provide me a quote over the telephone and was not available to come out until 1-2 days later. I contacted Dewey Pest Control, the Receptionist was very professional and offered to have a Technician call me back. Within 10 minutes of speaking with the Receptionist, Manny contacted inquire of my need. After briefly discussing my request, he said he would be at my home within 20 minutes. He did just that! He arrived within 15-20 minutes after we spoke, rang the doorbell, and by the time I arrived to the front door, he had already located the problem and had a solution to discuss with me. He was very professional, knowledgeable of their products and services, honest with assessing the problem, and most of all, seemed very caring. He removed nest, treated the area, and discussed other services available as it related to ants. He is amazing!! I am leaving this review to tell you that Alvin Morton is hands down the best person on this planet. He is so genuine and not only cares about his job, but cares about you as well. If I won a radio contest where you and a person of your choice win a car, I would give both cars to Alvin. If we can give 0 star, we will. We use Dewey at our homes in Claremont & Corona since 2005. We are also realtors & always refer business to them. On 3/25, my husband Jack ordered a termite inspection for his client. The first appointment on 3/26 was a no show. The staff showed up on 3/28 but report did not reach us until today. Even worse, they sent the report to the listing agent who forwarded it to us. Real estate transactions have inspection deadline. All other reports including general inspection, appraisal, lead, asbestos, mold were done in 3 calendar days. Richard at this Carson office said that they needed 10 working days and his attitude was terrible. Last time, we already had a bad experience with their W. Covina office. We are done with Dewey. read more

Alvin is the coolest, sweetest, and friendliest "Ant-man" as my kids call him. He comes every month about the same time so I always know when to expect him and he is just great with my kids and dog. Dewey & my technician Nelson are amazing. I've had Terminix, Orkin, & Western for pest and termite work before and they do not do as good as a job as Dewey & Nelson. They helped to finally get rid of the ants all over my house. Nelson identifies the exact need to take care of our pest problems.
